@Bhav as you reply to @The Nest, that in HNI allotment will be on proportionate basis? That means if in Sabar Flax Ipo we applied 20000 shares, is we allotted 10000 shares?

proportionate basis means, if issue is subscribe like 10 times in HNI and you applies 20 lots than you will get 2 lots.

There are only 407 lots available... Will be the toughest allotment yet.

But post issue promoter holding will be 38%, shouldn't that be a cause for concern?

Not 407. Market maker 5 % to invest. Effectively only 407*5% = 21 lots.

In effective 386 lots. This rule applies to every ipo

Seems it will replicate Ola tech success. Another golden egg laying bird but only a lucky few will get hold of it. Small size, old company, does not looks like they have over cooked. Dilip sir will certainly say "May Apply"

Currently Paid up capital is around 11cr..
so post issue with new fresh issue it should be 15cr

so if pre issue promoter holding is 53.25% and post issue maybe around 38%
