Purely on the allotment chances - BHNI in Doms will have better chances than the SJ 10 lot application. I expect SJ to be subscribed more than 400-500 times in HNI category.

​@Heathslayer As mentioned by MVP sir, apply for Doms for better allotment chances between Doms and SJ.

If you have limited funds (1.25lacs x 10) for 10 lots in SJ then

1. Apply 2 lots in SJ and 1 BHNI in Doms, then INOX SHNI or retail (if not alloted in SJ)

2. One more suggestion, apply in SJ with 10 lots and then you can apply in INOX - BHNI, by skipping Doms

Allotment chances in Inox looks better than Doms, as of now.
