My name is Mohammed Faizan and I have applied for Rolex rings IPO through 5paisa and UPI-mandate was done through paytm. It has been 4days since allotment is completed and I did not receive share allotment but I did not receive any refund yet.
In paytm app, it shows UPI-mandate is cancelled/revoked, but my amount has not been unblocked or refunded in bank. Kindly look into matter and do needful.

Not yet. They said on call that we have ordered banks to initiate refund 5days ago. But banks are holding it. so contact bank. I contacted bank, they said to wait till today evening.

Sir maine rolex ka ipo ke liye apply kiya tha apne or apne papa me demate accounts se but dono me same upi tha ar mere ko id se allotment mila tha ar ak ka paisa refund ho gya tha ar aj achanak se ak ka paisa debit ho gya I don''t know what to do plzz guide

The end date for UPI mandates for the ROLEX IPO is 2021-08-16. The investor''s bank is supposed to release the blocked amount automatically after the mandate end date if you haven''t received an allotment. In case the release has not been processed for you, you can report it at ipo.upi@npci.org.in to NPCI

Guys i have bought rolexrings @1160 on listing days and still holding at below 1095. what should i do now?... i''m expecting reversal with strong Q results on 14th!

i didnt get rolex ipo but still i didnt get the money back , received the email saying that it will crdit but since 4 days nothing happened .What shall i do ?

I was also contact to Google pay but they tell me that u should contact to ur bank or broker.
Then I place email to zerodha & SBI about this.
2 days goes but they not reply to me.
It is all abouts Patience testing mechanism ( I mean it will be simple for retail to get their queries)
