COMPANY LOOKING FOR RAISING FUND FROM INDIA / ABROAD FOR FURTHER EXPANSION.

THE CHAIRMAN PLACED THE PROPOSAL OF RAISING OF FUNDS THROUGH ISSUE OF FOREIGN CURRENCY CONVERTIBLE BONDS (FCCB), GLOBAL DEPOSITORY RECEIPTS (GDRS) AND OR AMERICAN DEPOSITORY RECEIPTS (adrs) FOR AN AGGREGATE SUM OF RS 150 CRORES (INR).

I don't care whether you predict now or after listing that it will touch specific price. Here focus is more on accuracy of prediction. Amit sir can give price prediction later on also after listing, that's fine. He told earlier that Rishabdev that it will touch 15 Rs. It exactly touched that price. I covered all my short positions at target price of 15 and made killing.
Either you don't predict or predict accurately. That's it. This is not some game and decide who is more close in predicting price, here we put real money.

Amit Sir,
Kingnumberone is feeling jealous that no one is talking about him and you are getting all the credit for predicting price of 15. So he is writing all this non sense. Actually no one will trust him even if he speaks correctly as his language doesn't induce confidence. Its like beting money on some Tapori's advice.

There is not a single reason at this point - which implies this company will not do good in future - Company is under expansion mode & have good client list with confirmed order as of now -
The cable business has great chance to grow in next 4 years.
- The promoters are experienced (20 years) in cable
trading/manufacturing business

There is no sense to sell at this level, once sentiment improves this stock price will recover -

You don't understand the whole point just like other person who does not understand the difference between AGENDA & OUTCOME

The ultimate point is -
There is something about the company & promoters -
Eventhough there are so many negative factors
(I mentioned & you repeated), People have over subscribed
the IPO 8 times - paid 33.00 Rs for single share
- few paid (upto 47.00) more than that on listing day -

Don't you think PROMOTERS are great businessman eventhough
- only 9th Pass
- 1st failed attempt in IPO - but 2nd one is Super Duper Hit

They have proved themselves already as GREAT MANIPULATOR &
I HAVE TRUST ON THEM - I think THEY ARE NOT DONE.

You yourself pointed out few points to evaluate this stock fundamentally.
1. Promotor is just 9th pass. How it can be great thing??
2. Scripts never traded after their IPO earlier. (Wait for few months and same thing will happen again.)
3. Earlier promotors & relatives were holding all shares. Now they have sold 62% stake to some one. (Promotors want to exit ASAP). Again they came out with IPO to sell shares. Now after listing again they are selling rest of holding.
4. As Mindmoney is buying this is stock continuously, so very soon he will be owner of remaining company as promotors exit. Mindmoney, be ready to relocate to India, as you might need to manage company.


Others,
Please look at above points before deciding to hold for long term.

Even Sah Petroleum has not crashed by 50%. Who so ever bought at such a high price didn't make good decision when market was so low. If they would have bought now, they could have bought whole company for less than they paid for 62% stake.

SAH PETROLEUM, it was trading few days before at arround 22.00 -25.00 & today close at 16.70

DO you know 6 month before someone has bought from public through open offer 48.00 (I think 30 lacs+ shares & also having 62% stake at AVG 35.00 (with warrents at 27.00))

From Prospectus,

- Do you know the education of the Mr. Gulcha?
(MD & Chairman of the comapny) ..What I see just 9th pass.
- Also They came up with IPO in 1997 (Shares were never traded)
- Have you seen all names of stock holders
(may be Old share holders).. all are friends & relatives

# Still last year they came up with 32 crores of sale with
profit - it is not small amount. I was little impressed with
last 10 years comapany's history.

I can see here some determined & hard working people,

- I can wait atleast for few months (atleast the current & next QTRS) then I will decide after -

All big companies has small beginning... At this point,
I don't think to underestimate the fundamental of the company
is a wise decision

and I am not too much worried on my investment decision.
In past,I have made same type of decisions - made lots of money.

Infact, recently when our BSE INDEX was arround 8000
- I was buying shares - when everyone is thinking about 6000

I sold them at arround 14800 - when everyone is again thinking
different thinking about 16000

Patience is good when company is fundamentally strong like Infosys, Reliance, L&T etc. Eventually those companies recover. But IMpatience may be good for fundamentally weak companies. Think about people buying dot com stocks in 2000 and waiting for few years to loose even more money. Impatient people selling fundamentally weak companies do better financially than people holding patiently.
But then according to you Rishabdev is fundamentally strong company. Me and Amit don't agree with that. Even stock market agree with us. Rishabdev has fallen 50% is last few day, whereas Sensex has fallen around 15%. I don't know of any other stock fallen by 50% in last few days.

Just one observation. In last 3 years, more than 95% of IPOs with Grade 1 are trading below IPO price. So patience may be required in years/decades if you are waiting for rebound in price for Grade 1 stocks. And if company closes by then ........

Averaging - is not a good concept on declining stock -
You can only use Averaging - when you firmly expecting the turn arround shortly - otherwise you can loose money.

Generally, Patience is better than Averaging in some cases -
For this stock - I will apply both -

As I wrote earlier - Stock Market is a school - where student has to learn by himself/herself.
- I learned my lesson but I am bullish on this stock,
for mid term & can wait for good return.

Short term - it is under sentiment effect, but I still not prefer to short this stock at this point or at 17 - 19 levels - I think Only Market sentiment has caused this scenerio - nothing else.

I had bought few thousand's share the day before yesterday for trading purpose - I got short delivery - means people are shorting this stock without shares in their account - They will burn themselves eventually -

I will hold my positions at this point of time -
