Rex is clear avoid for me..
I won't apply here to be on safer side.
Didn't find anything fancy or x factor .
Although fact is any SME and can still give profit in short term without fundamentals.

valuations are high here as per issue price and some ofs is also there, fresh issue is very small for company use....financials are average/below avg as you mentioned and inconsistent also....business looks ok.....it may give upto 5% positive or negative listing in my view...
if someone ready to take little risk they can apply, i don't have money to apply :)
