what is this ex-bonus shares and cum-bonus shares

Hey Guys I found some Important Information:

1)As per the rules, the company which announces bonus issue after the approval of the Board of Directors must implement the proposals within a period of six months from the date of such approval and shall not have the option of changing the decision.

2)As per the rules, the company is expected to despatch the bonus shares within a period of 30-45 days of the record date. Another period of 15 days is kept in store for the actual delivery of shares to the shareholders.

maina 29 june ko reliance power ka 20 share purchase kya pur uska bonus abhi tak nahi aaya. ya bonus thodi ha ya to share split hua ha. but mujha to lag raha ha ki kuch bhi nahi ayaga

I've not received the bonus shares till now. can anyone tell me what could be the reason.

Didn't receive bounus shares for this issue.
I am worried about the price of shares I invested more than 6000 and now the value is 2900.
Do we ned to apply for bonus shares?

guys , do sell in panic or loss ,the script needs more correction till 125/- 130/- , purchased more scripts from this point of view till Jan or feb 2009 target of 6 -7 months

It usually take a month to get the bonus share in your demat account. Meanwhile you can sell the stocks you are holding if you want.

May i ask sebi what part of his shares has he given to investors.
Anil ambani ko to sadak par kahde hokar marna chaiyeh.
its not that his share has gone down that hurts its his false statement that makes fool.
He said i am deeply concerned abt the loss to investors so i am giving my portion of shares as if he is giving some kind of chanda it would have been better if u would have kept quiet aur was it ur intention so that poor retailers fall in ur trap more and buy more shares.

I request everyone to get out of all anil ambani shares i am selling rel power and rnrl at loss.
sell rpower,rel capital,rnrl,adlabs and instead invest in bade bhaiya company who is genuine like rpl i guarantee u will not loose money.
