When ipo was open for subscription gmp was 61 now it's 45 almost down by 20%, any reason? .. should we hold it or sell on listing day

Mere demant account aur bank account dono same admi ke nam se hain, matlab jinke pan se demant account open kiya hain unkahi nam se bank account bhi hain aur wohi se mein ipo apply karta hun, lekin upi id ta nam alag hain. Yeh jo naya rule sebi se kiya hain 3rd party application cancelation hoa jayega isse upi id ka nam alag hone se kohi problem toh nehi hoga na??? Kisiko pata hain toh pls clarify this point.. 🙏🙏🙏
