Appollo 24/7 is weighing down on Apollo hostpitals, sector weakness for time being, soon it will cross 500+

As I said yesterday PAT compared to YOY are excellent and same reaction market given by touched 508 and many weak hands sold at LOSS.
Now it should be easily touch 550(my 1st target) in next 1-2 days.

Delhivery listed in premium,emudra also listed in premium and this rainbow is still 10 percent down from its issue price

@dinesh forget issue price not even able to sustain 500 …..today 4 percent down below 480….worst ipo amongst all ipo which came with rainbow

Today exited my after market position in Rainbow @484.

Had sold my IPO earlier on listing earlier at loss... Than entered the share later when the prices were low. Now am exiting this share for going to more liquid share.

sold some @ 506 today

Thats the things... I liquidated at 484 and now it jumped to 508... Well no regrets as I made money in piramal enterprises instead.. had entered at 1667 yesterday and again today.... its up by almost 8% now... keep a target of around 1825

Result Inferences :
Refer Consolidated Results, not standalone.
FY-22 EPS : 14.45, PE works out 34.2 ( not really cheap)
Net margin 14.2% when compared to 9MFY22 (16.6%) , not so good
FY22 - Q4 Operating revenue - 213 Cr ( where 9M average works out 254 cr) - Miss
FY22 - Q4 - PAT 12.7 Cr ( where 9M average works out 42Cr) - Miss
not sure whether Omicron scare lead to lower occupancy and ARPOB, need to look at their investor presentation details

@Ipowala - we can not compare YoY results on account of Covid-19 impact last year. best is to compare average 9MFY22
Few green shoots : AOLSS is 2.83 compared to 3 and it is 4.79 for KIMS ( In-line)
: ARPOB ~45,711 ( in Line)
: IP Volume ( In line)
Occupancy : 44.59% (Miss)
Op Volume : yet to reach Pre-covid levels
EBITA down : 400 bps ( compared to (9MFY22) - Miss
it seems to be mixed set of results.
But not so great .
perhaps we need to watch Q1 and take a call, dificult climb IPO price with this set of results

Earnings concall is scheduled on Monday (30th), let us watch for management commentary . since Omicron dragged the occupancy level to 44.59%, and more over FY22-Q4 net margin is close to FY-21, we need to give one time exception. its closest peer KIMS is trading ~ 30 PE and it's OM/NM are more than Rainbow, do not think so it can sustain current at 34.19 PE, perhaps in range bound for quite some time. but some of the Operating metrics are too good like ALOS, ARPOB etc. since occupancy is not even half, hence more potential for top line.
Delivery volume also more or less same for FY21/22.
it is HOLD

Simple analysis, EPS 15.18 and standard PE medical industry as per May 22 data is 38.75. it means it's price should be Rs.588. It's still cheaper grab it for Rs.95 gain from current price. Never compare Q3 & Q4 numbers due to normally child birth high in Q3 compare to Q4. Monday it go up to 512 level and in long term it's 588.

RAINBOW CHILDREN'S Q4 : CONS. NET PROFIT UP 853 % AT 12.1 CR (YOY), DOWN 73 % (QOQ)

REVENUE UP 30 % AT 212 CR (YOY), DOWN 15 %(QOQ)

EBITDA UP 75 % AT 48 CR (YOY), DOWN 43 % (QOQ)

MARGINS AT 22.5 % V 16.2 % (YOY), 33.8 % ,(QOQ)

PAT Results are excellent as compared to YOY(144.43 vs 45.67)which is the key.
It is very positive and will touch 550 on Monday...

Don't know market will treat this result as positive or negative.
But even if this treated as positive, then also 550 on Monday, not looking possible.
(There are lot of impatient seller's waiting for above 500 levels)

so its takes time to reach there.

Waiting for good results to exit.
Fingers state 🤲 not crossed🤞.
I think state is better than crossed.

PAT for 9M was 126Cr + (Looks exaggerated income)
PAT for 12M(Y) 138Cr

So in current quarter only 12Cr

Our loss will widen , should have exited .

Don't worry 😉.
Some times market read the result in different way.
Let's hope it will not go down from current level.

EPS for full-year 16 and pE - 32

QoQ decreased revenue, profit. YoY increased on both the fronts. 2rs dividend

need to watch out for key takeaways such as ARPOB, EBITDA / PAT margins, IP/OP volume growth both QoQ/YoY, ALOS etc

@Nand Kishore Parwal , There is nothing to feel negative. Ups & Downs are part of the market movement. If we have strong belief in the fundamentals of the company the market movements do not affect us.

I regret for not picking up some more at 410. I already have nearly 5 lakhs worth of shares & didn't want to keep all my eggs in single basket.

Holding two allotted retail lots, bullish on this sector

@MRavi Sir, Ranibow started showing some colours now 😀 crossed 490 today in such market condition. Hope it will cross its listing price soon.

Board meeting is on tomorrow for earning release along with dividend.
My guess is it will cross 500 by tomorrow (it can be today also).
Lot of selling pressure will be there once it crossed 500 , hope that it will cross issue price soon.

@Ravu today it touched high of 496 ….i was also hoping that it will cross 500 but it didn’t……if results are good then it will easily cross it issue price otherwise it will be difficult
