All this positive before the company was making big topline however bottom line was loss now what we see topline has reduce however bottom line has increased. What is also changing is business mix Focusing on India has been a right decision since there is a great opportunity in the country. Last year they had zero revenue and this year they will have 10% of our revenue from the domestic market.

electronic payment is still in infant stage in india and Rs soft has knowledge and capacity in this so i am betting a big turnaround story last time in an interview CEO Mr Jain mention they have added 10 new clients 2 to 5 million client and see big growth and new clients add with RBI launches Unified Payment Interface

Vodafone Group is likely to file a draft prospectus for the planned IPO of its Indian business in August with the listing expected in the fourth quarter, in a deal seen raising as much as USD 2.5 billion, people with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
The British telecoms group, India''s largest mobile operator after Bharti Airtel

, has begun work on the prospectus that would incorporate the Indian unit''s financials for the first half of the calendar year, they said.

Vodafone hired Bank of America Corp , India''s Kotak Investment Banking, UBS AG in April as global coordinators for the IPO, set to be India''s biggest stock market listing since 2010.

A London-based Vodafone spokesman declined to comment on the timeline, saying the potential India IPO was a "lengthy process" and no decision would be made until the company was at the end of it. Sources declined to be identified as the information is not public.

Varun Beverages, promoted by PepsiCo bottler RJ Corp, files for IPO

NEW DELHI: Varun Beverages, the franchisee bottler for PepsiCo promoted by RJ Corp, on Wednesday, filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for its maiden initial public offer (IPO).

The company is looking to raise in excess of Rs 1,000 crore through the offer, a person aware of the developments, told ET.

A statement issued by RJ Corp said the IPO will entail sale of up to 2.5 crore shares of Rs 10 each, including fresh issue of 1.5 crore shares and offloading stake by promoters.

In addition, there would be an offer for sale of up to 50 lakh shares each by Varun Jaipuria and Ravi Jaipuria and Sons, the statement added. Investors in Varun Beverages include Standard Chartered Private Equity and Aion Capital Partners.

Varun Beverages operates over 20 bottling plants for PepsiCo across India, South Asia and Africa. In addition, promoter RJ Corp is a franchisee for Yum Restaurants-owned KFC and Pizza Hut, UK coffee chain Costa Coffee and Singapore-based tea salon firm TWG. It also owns the South Indian restaurant chain Vaango and ice-cream brand Cream Bell.

Yes septa ji, private groups should be discouraged.
One problem with chittorgarh is that its not possible to send personal emails or message.
