For me to safeguard the capital of small investors who can't bare even the small loss is more important . Super rich / rich can easily absorb the shock the loss but it takes years & years 4 small investors. I am sure that no site / experts have adviced for subscription of Remus. Do you consider Dilip Davda as a fool person? He is highly educated & experienced person of CG. The 4 figure valuations in SME ultimately distroys the purpose of sme. The Greedyness of the Promoters / Lead managers have distroys the charm of Main Line ipos. To comment anything on anyone's message is very easy but to give the correct advice is more important for the young upgrowing members and for me because I have also passed through that journey in which it's very difficult to have such unbiased advice. Small profit is not important but Capital protection is much more important for them. If anyone who don't agree with my message have freedom to avoid it but nowadays no media/ chanel gives true facts for better understanding. Invest only in the market which you can control and bear the loss in case of accident. Loss in sme ipos 1. AG univer: 60 to 49 2. Nirman : 99 to 86 3. Sudarshan pharma: 73 to 67 4. Amanaya Venture: 23 to 13.5 in sme the small loss is also important as the lot size is big. Whether a loss in Main or sme it's a pure loss which no one likes. The Loss is having only one color which affects everyone. In Main or SME both runs by the Promoters and they are human being and for every human Greedyness may be the there . For subscription in highly overpriced stocks one may have to be prepared for the loss if any. No one can forcefully subscribe the issue but high gmp can surely be the reason for good subscription. Anyway it's a individual choice what to subscribe or what to avoid as it's their money. Just leave for the small investors for them the loss is important rather than profit.

asking price is at a P/E of around 231.52.

Now this Proventus Agro is coming out and looting the people at more than 170 level. What's the special thing in this? If anyone can describe the reason to this forum. The profit margin is also very very thin & profit is also less than 1.5 cr. & the year back it was in red. I am not able to digest the overvalued ( high pe) stock's history. Does anyone thinks is there any room after subscribing this stock what promoters have left to their investors?
It's a really very high time to safeguard our ( some few) hard earned money and don't allow these greedy promoters to vanish it.

Only one stock is enough to destroy our hard earned money . Just think on this and don't be so greedy to become the Lakhopati overnight. Take your own time.

I think that we have forgotten the comments of many members on REMUS PHARMA :
Never seen four figure price of any SME.
Very expensive valuation and many more to avoid.
What happened on last day, retail subscribed about 50x.snd HNI, all know. Now GMP is also great. Listing nobody knows.
Till the investors have funds in the Bank, they are going to apply. If one applies in 10 SMEs and gets allotment in some, nobody is bothered about the outcome. Members making loses, still apply.
To compare Adani with any SME is not justified.
Not SME, but with any other, is just like making a fun. There are many more to remember, who cheated the investors. Writing anything is never bad. All have liberty to write. But at the end, investors do according to their own choice. When someone makes more losses, he subscribes more and more. That's called EDICTION.

Nowadays the Promoters are so confident and have taken us ( public) granted that their issue will be heavily oversubscribed irrespective of higher high valuations. They don't bothered about the valuations. The main reason for their confidence is we only, because our greediness keeps their issue overwhelming response. Why we can't boycott the overvalued issue, just like Adani Enterprise? Our unity plays vital role to teach a lesson to any those promoters. But we are not United. Remus is the perfect example of this.
Anyways it's your money and decision may be yours only. In market there are too many safe options too for earning. Someone can warns you but ultimately no one can force anybody for it.

Now a days Registrar or Lead managers insist promoters to keep the IPO price above 35% of there so called expectation because the difference of 35 to 40 % will be utilized to keep GREY market active so please aware of such type of happening incidents.

Its seems money is raining from investors, you just have to have a company name. it is cashing on. People earned on Empyrean Cashews ltd, here fundamental are missing, lets see management of gmp and subject to ( which are now most important) High price with big issue size are to be managed with other 3 sme on similar dates.
