therefore margins may be impacted in future.
no info about the management history.
PE is very high 31.
(where company like earthstahl with a PE of 6 is struggling )
past ipos by this LM are disasters i.e patron, pace ecommerce.
stay away innocent investors.
clearly avoid.

I COULDNOT UNDERSTAND WHY HNIs ARE IN SO HURRY IN SUBSCRIBING TO THIS SME ( TILL TIME 3.90 ). IMO THEY WANT TO SEND POSITIVE SINGNAL TO RETAIL PUBLIC AND FINALLY TREPPED THEM IN THERE JAL.
SO GUYS PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE APPLYING .

Perfect . This may be strategy of HNI/ Lead Manager of getting application rejected.
This we will check from BOA and will be able to understand how they cheated to retail people and set guidelines for future for us .

Company incorporated in 2022 and takeover business of partnership with all liabilities and asset . From the financial figures it is not clear about reserves or accumulated profit of firm was there or not.

Fortune Exports was incorporated in 2015 as partnership firm to get into Trading and in 2022, company decided to convert into Pvt ltd follow by Limited.

In last 3 years, company has increased production from 150 tons / anum to 1200 tons / anum.

As per DRHP, company is not able to take much orders outside Gujarat due to high demand locally and low production capacity.

It shows the high growth possibility.

FIX STARTS

On the basis of such limited financial details, one cannot assess a company. LM record is pathetic. One should be more alert for BSE SMEs. On first sight, seems a complete Avoid candidate.
