Hi,

How does HNI alltoment work in SME IPOs? Is it the same logic as Mainboard IPOs?

Example - 20X subscription means, we have to apply for 20 lots (20 * 2000 shares) for one lot confirm allotment?

Very nice observation they have given 30:1 BONUS after 31 March 2021, reserves are almost wiped out. After bonus equity has increased, hence EPS and P/E Book value / networth per share will also come down.

They need money for expanding the business in other product segments and not in their core dental products. Does it mean their core business is saturated and they are trying to get in to new business for profits.

The two promoters have increased combined salary for current year from 1.1 crores to almost 3 crores+ perks.. so, extra 2 crores means 5% of topline (margin impact on FY22?)

Company looks good, you can try your luck.
Very difficult to get allotted since the retail portion is very less.
Let''s see the response from QIB.
If will be hevly subscribe in HNI and Retail.
