I was just checking on these fellow forum who say this a best investment do check there contributions in the forum nil they have only created these account to propagan this issue only so do not take there suggestion
Amit I am not applying Booz it is steeply priced with NEOtrader for all I know is it a new account who has only contributions is bullish on prabath dairy. I know for sure merchant bank and register influence the forum with positive comment. IMO Neo trader could be one of them
As limited no of stocks r available for comparsion and based on long term plan for future growth.we shuold apply in issue At least not premium but at least when nifty gain its original mark it wil give good return.
I hear from banking sources that commitments from pedigree institutional investors are pouring in as this is the first credible FMCG / dairy company coming to the market after many years...book will get built strongly...
At the lower price band of Rs 140 per equity share of Rs 10 face value, the P/E works out to 61.8 times the EPS of Rs 2.3 (on post-IPO equity) for FY 2015. At the upper band of Rs 145, P/E works out to 64.2 times the EPS of Rs 2.3 (on post-IPO equity) for FY 2015. Comparable companies such as Hatsun Agro Product and Heritage Foods are trading at 115.2x and 29.4x P/E on the annualized EPS for FY2015. Such high valuations are unsustainable in the medium-to-long term.
You are forgetting the fact that the earnings and revenue growth rate for Prabhat is far higher than for Hatsun and Heritage and thus based on a reasonable estimate of earning for FY16 based on interest savings and mega project benefit...the pricing is at a major discount to Hatsun / Heritage.
Interesting point in ET today as regards valuation. Per ET estimated FY16 PE is 27x, which is quite reasonable.
Further, given most of IPO proceed is for debt reduction, in terms of interest cost the savings would be at least 25cr, which most post tax flow straight to bottom line. This, and hopefully if company grows per historic trend might make it interesting.
Thoughts? Was interested as this is only non-industrial consumer IPOs after Manpasand.
Agree with you alphabet...the other thing which will improve bottomline will be Mega Project Benefit status...read up about it in DRHP and tell if you agree?
This at this price band EPS Rs. 4.51 (Basic), Rs. 2.95 diluted
Making PE close to 50 what a ripoff

Your analysis is not complete...the projected EPS for FY16 will jump becamoney raised will be used to reduce debt...and interest saving will help improve PAT...also Company will benefit from VAT refund under Mega Project Status benefit...please do not misguide investors and suggest them to not apply in this IPO.
First Dairy IPO after a long time and priced at a huge discount to Hatsun leaving lot of upside for investors who participate in this from medium to long term perspective!

Lot of ifs and but on EPS growing with additional capital I agree it will have a better eps going forward. Also I agree it better price hatsun Argo but still I wish promoters leave something the table for retail investors like us. The risk is way to high
What''s happening here first when the info came price band was low issue size was less then 250 cr now the info is price band has doubled its 5 Rs discount what a waste also with increase in price band the issue size is 500 cr plus..... All this result in eps on just 4.3 making the issue very very very very pricey now this issue which was the best of the lot with this new info it is worst I am not applying this issue to. greed promoters greedy merchant banks gullible retail investor will apply and in long run will see capital disappear

Your information here is also wrong...issue size was never less than 250 cr...primary was always 300 cr and rest was to come for secondary sale of shares by existing private equity investors...this was disclosed in DRHP also!
Do not misguide investors with your incomplete and faulty analysis!
