Gmp 10 rupees may be realistic as yield may come out as 10 %. At 20 rupees yield will be 9.16%, that would be too much. Anything above 125, I will sell, lol. There going to be lot more alternative options at 9% yield.
@PowerUser, I watched the one hour investor presentation. The management doesn''t want to give even a rough idea about what would be annual distribution and they are going to buy remaining 24% from sponsor using debt, so not going to be for acquiring new assets because they can borrow only 49% of equity in the first 1.5 years.
Yes @ClearSky. Almost every other REIT and invit mentioned their indicated yield, not this one. I went through document, one of the 4 initial assets is on different price model, means revenue from that asset will reduce. So overall revenue will be stagnant or see little increase. 20k crores assets will be acquired in 4 to 5 years making it big in it''s space, and compensate other deficits. Hope other government companies lethargic and compliancy will not come here, but but till it''s proven I''ll keep my holding less than Indigrid.

GMP is 5 Rs. I would suggest hold on this stock for long term gains. Powergrid IPO has create investor wealth and price of 51 to 230 and great dividend income. This should follow same pattern One can expect price to cross 300 in 3 yrs time .
Come on, this is invit, not common stock. Capital appreciation in future is limited and depends on expected yield, especially interest rates going to raise in coming years. Buy it for yield only, if you are expecting it will 300 or even 200 in coming years, mostly you Will be disappointed.
Come on 3 years is a long time. Yield does not mean stock price don''t get higher. It''s all about demand and supply. There will be huge institutional interest. Wait and check price after 3 yrs. By the way even if u put money in Vikas Patra earlier it used to double in 5 years . So stop predicting and wait for some time.
Sure, you are entitled to your view. I do hold all REITs and Ingrid invit, I will keep them perpetually if possible, lol , my objective is yield, capital appreciation is not A concern for me.
Lol. Then u should go for FD or bonds and not view on stock price. It is generating income from yield or asset income it does not mean stock price value. Agar aise hone Lagta toh check Bharti asset infra which almost doubled in quick time.
Bang on listing price Pick this for long term gains. 300 price could be likely achieved in 3 yrs. It''s a shareholder value creating stock as well apart from good dividend yield.
@IPOANALYSIS, please don''t misguide people. This is not an Equity to go above Rs 200, they have to distribute at least 20 rupees annually and interest rates should fall to near Zero for it to go above 200.
Are Bhai..IPO NO ANALYSIS..... Try to accept your foolish and wrong comments. This is not equity....thsi is Invit...Invit...INVIT....understood???? This cannot behave like equitty as its market price is totally dependent upon yield curve of interest income... Hope some sanity prevails....
Won''t be surprised if it goes below 100 in the next 3-5 months. Watched their investor presentation, the management is so cagey about giving even a rough DPU figure, so there will be uncertainty on how much till the first Distribution, which is 6 months down the line. I think they are just riding the goodwill created by Indigrid for their valuation.
Blackstone-backed Sona Comstar gets Sebi nod for Rs 6,000 crore IPO Sona Comstar will utilise fresh issue proceeds for repaying debts and general corporate purposes.
