Yes.
Please check the Basis of allotment document of recently closed IPO for more detail.

For HNI, it is on proportional basis. B (10+) will have higher probability than A (2+). You may please refer SME BOA document.

@ Takamichi , - Listing @ 1.9x is that a problem of BSE ? . Just want to understand here , as i have seen the UC price changes sometimes in between the preopen say @ 9.30. If anyone has clarity on this , please explain.

@takamichi: ya i was aware about that....already show other messages before i replied....no idea why they do such things, so whatever be the reason , it was expected to hit UC as listed low and will go upto min. 70-75 around non stop...

For fixed price issue, cut-off price doesnt matter. Anyhow,
Some brokers disable cut-off option.
Some broker doesnt disable, in that case, dont check that option.

Right now NII is just 6.99 times but 2morrow is the last day for closure of this ipo.
This figure may be too high and difficult to judge and if the fund of Arham would be used it would be in the range of 250-280 times.

My strategy would be,

Considering Dronacharya GMP,
People with 1 Lot capital - Most of them will go for Dronacharya (among 3 SME IPOs)
People with 2 Lots Capital - Either two application in Dronacharya or One each in Drona & All E Techno

Considering huge chunk aiming for Dronacharya, it is logical to apply in PNG & All E for better chances of allotment

P N Gadgil is trustworthy name from Maharashtra. Having good name and faith specially in Sangli, Satara n Kolhapur district.

Few years ago, I use to watch, this company use to give Advertisements on TV (Business Channels like Zee Business/CNBC Awaaz etc)

I think over the years they have not maintained their popularity. Very high prices vis a vis competition eg making charges. Also they have split up their business I think. Most of the branches look pretty empty most of the time.
Personally think NOT very customer friendly.
PS: not a recommendation either way.

It will fall in NII Category. However, as subscription is going to be more than 5 times...maximum one lot and that also depends on luck and number of application with 5 lots

Yes.. the process is same as mainline ipo.. quantity will be in lot size..

Yes. But you will have to sell one complete lot (whether there are 2000 or 3000 shares in one lot).
