From a cursory look at RHP they seem to have bought and sold mutual fund investments (not their main business) at a loss for 9 months ended 2021, same for FY 20, that too with borrowed money
Overall high borrowings does not infuse confidence

Fertilizer price is roaring. Government increased Subsidy on fertilizer. Good monsoon predicted by all weather agencies.

Sir, Government control over Fertilizer industry in India is vey high due to Vote Bank politics. Hence Govt allow cheap imports from US and other countries . This is the reason Indian Fertilizer Industry is not so attractive for Investors. Goo thing in this IPO is Govt is not taking IPO money will used for expansion/ Modernization. Good for long term ....

Some confusion in your message. Imports are not cheap. Govt provides subsidy to make them cheap. Fertilizer is stable business around the world and attractive for investors. Govt is selling all its share and company is raising money for acquisition of Goa facility for which it has already paid more than 1000 crores

why gmp is not regularly updated like in the last quarter of 2021 anyone knows?
is it because low/negative gmp can lead to lower subscription soo, authorities trying too avoid displaying of gmp.

Because there are too less trades in grey market. Everybody is trying to save their money. People who used to tell about GMP have gone for a sleep looking at the market condition.

There are 128 criminal cases going against the promoters. Are promoters really reliable?

@arun Page 24 of RHP. Total 199 cases , out of which 71 are filed by promoters. Hence 199-71 = 128 against promoters.

Total value of 199 cases is 36.96 crore as per page 24 of RHP. For the turnover of the company is it significant? This includes cases filed by promoters also

This company is the second largest producer of high demand ( short supply) DAP and phosphate fertilisers in India. Demand of DAP is high especially in paddy crop and this company has got locational advantage.

Poddar group is the present promotor of this company.
