this is to request to chittor team that while giving details of ipo ,they are not giving minimum lot size of particular ipo.so kindly give the minimum and maximum lot size that a retail investor can apply.thank to chittor team for maintaining such a wonderful site.

This is a great IPO this company has only started the trend of apartments like d forest etc which are priced at crore and 2 crore and more. This is the market leader company ahead of DLF ,Unitech . they r first generations where r others r 3 rd generation companies . go ahead with it .DLF has got 3000 cr of business from Delhi recently so DLF will be listed successfully so Omaxe will cash its success

not apply in this ipo beacouse the sitision is bad in real estate sector so first watch few days of over secribe and
than think

well it is best timely planned IPO as then only ppl will be free after selling DLF shares and DLF money will be back into their pocket . Issue size is also affordable so it will be highly subscribed but Omaxe ppl r having less confidence so they opened it for 7 days . Ig DLF will be debacled then this IPO will also be useless .But thier r lot of other IPOs r also in parellel . so one can opt for them also .

Omaxe is definitly a good company in real estate. Can some one please suggest P/E comparison vis a vis other companies?
