I also felt the same for UPI with Google Pay with @okaxis UPI handle.
In last 2-3 years, 3-4 mandates in total created issues out of approx 20.

Tried PhonePe this time for UPI as you suggested in various comments, let''s see.
Will share feedback once confirmed.

@G J : best is ASBA for sure since less hassle and faster unblock.
But if we need to apply from upi to get more time, then i am using phonepe always atleast and till now no issues in applying, receiving/accepting mandate and unblock.

20 times is too much, as per me, it wont subscribe more than 2 times total, since issue size is too big 50 cr for sme ipo and there are 5 mainboard ipo during same time. Definitely wont go more than 3 times overall.

mainboard IPO allot hona mushkil hai, since bulk application goes from most of the times. january se leke abhi tak ek bhi IPO nahi mila main board ka :( sme wale milte hai toh 50-60% se zyada listing gains nahi milte

applying at 3 times subscription is way risky with this high valuation I am just avoiding it .

@arca: we all using our own money to apply in hni category, not by borrowing.
and at least i wont suggest borrowing money for any of sme or mainboard ipo.
if you can manage around 4-5 lakhs then you can apply 4-5 lots in HNI category to increase your chances in sme ipo''s.

Btw for this nidan ipo, i am not sure now that i will apply or not, probably i will skip this one, since i am not convinced with ipo pricing and future growth here and due to big issue size, rest will decide later on last day tuesday 2nd nov.
After covid, it may not show profits/revenue as per current/last year.

Its avoid candidate.. borrowing money for ipo these days can b prove very very risky.. not a wise decision to b honest.

Thank you for replying @lokes @noorul, I can apply 4 lots but waiting for safer investment & sure return like prevest untill then only 1 or 2 lots. I usually don''t like selling at loss irrespective of how small it is that is the reason I hold car trade 😂 even now.

This is the topmost reason why most of the retailers are losing money in market (except this bull run) , they keep holding the shares which goes to loss after buying and due to emotional attachment that loss keep increasing and sometimes they need to keep waiting for many years and sometimes that price never comes back in some small cap type stocks......
So sometimes we need to keep our emotions away and need to sell in some losses also to cut away big losses. i have learned from my experiences and seen it as common problem with retail investors.

@lokes absolutely true, I learned that in DHFL and I exited at Rs 47 , but I 😬 convinced myself that car trade is a good company and it had very good gmp also at first so holding it😅
