@SADAHAQ Are you sure that we can pledge these reits for margin??? I just checked list of allowed scripts by zerodha for pledging, none of the past three reits available either in non-cash component pledge list or cash component pledge list....
If you know this for sure, pls confirm

Well, I am not sure but once a broker (PROSTOCKS) told me that we can pledge POWERGRID INVITS, so I thought this script can be pledged too.

I will check it again and update later.

I have further researched and got confirmation that these reits are not added in the clearing corporation of India allowed list for pledging, broker simply follows this clearing corporation authorized list for pledging, and from 2019 onwards continuously investors are raising requests to include these reits into allowed pledge list but till now no decision and also no clarity when it will be considered, in future it may be included but for now, no use.
Hence, I offloaded entire my allotment + preopen purchased quantity yesterday.
