I DON'T HAVE MUCH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SME IPO . I WAS PLANNING TO APPLY IN THIS. SO I NEED YOUR GUIDENCE SHOULD I APPLY FOR LISTING GAIN ... IS THIS IPO RISK FREE TO APPLY

It is like a main board IPO but more risky.

1. You have to sell a1 lot or in multiples of lots.
You cannot sell a few shares at a time like main IPO.

2. Liquidity is less.

3. As already told you operators can manipulate the IPO..

Only if you have the risk appetite you enter this SME world. If you are a cautious type of a person then this is not for you..

Allotment is very rare here.
Buying or selling cannot be done less than 1 lakh
But some SMEs if at all allotted, will give you bumper profits.

So lot of risk for lots n lots of returns👌

1 lot is of 8000 shares so you will get 8000 shares even though applied 2 lots or more in an oversubscribed ipo. Not more than one lot..

In HNI category proportionate allotment so far SME ipo is concerned. Higher no. of lots getting higher chances of allotment in comparison to lower no. of lots.

If i apply for 2 lots and issue is over subscribed by 10 times, will i get 1600 shares?

These 1600 shares must be sell fully or partially also?

​@MANI RAJ  If you apply for 2 lots and issue is over subscribed by 2x (not 10) you will get 1 lot - 8000 shares.🙂

These 8000 shares must be sell fully and in multiple in lot size. 🙏

For HNI - is it lottery or ratio??

For Nii category - Lottery on proportionate basis. 🙂
