SPT always critics of most IPOs But proved wrong at least on listing moments Let's hope this time also logic continue I still maintain my stand (sell & subscribe otherwise avoid )
Company will deliver positive listing. As strong business model. Also retails segment will get good returns. However allotment would be very tough as its a very small IPO. Current CMP Rs. 27

Please be cautious while applying, chemical sector unlike IT, Consumer is cyclical in nature and can have long periods of down cycles. Hence, give it a thought before investing in T group companies like these.

In second phase of elections held on 18th April 2019, out of 94 seats UPA is expected to get 59 seats and BJP is losing heavily in second phase.
To check the group of listing it depends on the issue size of the IPO to my knowledge. If the issue size is less than 500 crores it belongs to T group if i'm not wrong.
As per Eagle 190 per share Six months ended Sep 2018 Eps is 3.93 now translates into full year it comes Rs.8 So it comes at pe of 23 Peer group Aarti trading at 33 pe Atul 36pe Navin 17.9 pe Pauushak 34 pe Vinati Organics 55 pe (DRHP Page 110) Something left for retailers.
RAJAKUMAR how subscription will help to make decision rather subscribe or not? Apollo micro broke all record of subscription but see how its behavior Stock(particularly T)should be choose on fundamental Or Kostak, sub 2(to exit before subscribe)
Dear Harit Apollo Micro listed at 478 against issue price of 275. Because of good subscription. We are listing gainer. i It is enough for one counter to perform on listing day. 10k profit if you got allotment. Apollo is one category of stock listed well because of good subscription only. I am not saying Neogen is going to subscribe like apollo. If it subscribes well means it may give decent premium because of low liquidity.
Absolutely RAJAKUMAR for Listing prospective you r right, but take a call on subscription data is not wise Lemon tree, Rvnl, midhani, fine organics and avas financial are few examples were hardly 1 x in retail but doing well(thogh listing gains were minimal ) Also Situations on listing day playing major role Avas was a good script but NBFC debacle has spoiled its debut
Many people are comparing this IPO with Fine Organics. so Let's see,
Net Profit ratio (FY17,FY16,FY15) : Fine (10.06%,11.55%,9.56%) Vs Neogen (6.30%,4.75%,5.49%) ROA (FY17,FY16,FY15) : Fine (17.36%,18.20%,15.64%) Vs Neogen (5.04%,6.43%,7.39%)
In terms of profitability, Neogen is behind. But decide based on P/E after issue price & other factors.
