@unknown you missed the opportunity, deadline was till 11:59 am of 20.03.2021. Better be faster next time.

You missed now. Deadline for approving mandate is T+1 day. i.e. next day of closing till 12 pm IST. Note: This includes Sat & Sunday. So if an IPO closes on Friday, then till Saturday 12 noon you can approve.

For approval the cut off time is t+1 12 noon. This does not include Saturday and sunday. So if closing is on friday then you can alprove a mandate till monday 12 noon.

In case of limit order trade will remain unexecuted and In case of market order trade will happen at market rate.

All orders go through queue system. If there is already a buy order @ 75 then whoever places an sell order @ <= 75 will be executed at 75 and vice versa.

Once I face similar scenario ... example I placed sell order at Rs.70 but got executed at 75, ie more than what I placed....

So if any buy orders at higher price is in queue and no other sell order, previous to your sell order, it got executed at that order.

@P Patel You must have placed an market order. If you place a limit order @70.It will get executed only @70.

The trade will be executed at 70 only.

@Harry deep - who ever has placed order 1st at that price order will be executed.
If buy places order at 75 and then seller places order at 70 it will be executed at 75.
If seller places order at 70 and then buyer places order at 75 it will be executed at 70

Basically a buy limit at 75 means willing to buy at or below 75 and sell limit at 70 means willing to sell at 70 or higher.

@Unnikrishan - even if sell order is placed at limit of 70 if there is already a buy order at 75 then it will be executed at 75/. A limit order at 70 when there is already a buy order at 75 indirectly becomes market order.

The above is with assumption buy and sell orders are for same quantity.

75-70=5
No of orders 2
5/2=2.50
75-2.50=70+2.50
72.50=72.50
So order executed at Rs 72.50

It will get deducted after a few days. No need to worry. Speaking from personal experience.
