Can we apply for IPO from Minor from Kotak ASBA??

Yes fill the ASBA Beneficiary registration form available in Kotak website and submit it to a main branch ( not small branches). The head branch will be aware of the process.

One main issue one may face is the PAN card of the child shall not be updated in Kotak system. So first one has to update the PAN of the child through manual form (branch shall help) and then will be ASBA beneficiary registration form be accepted.

​@True IPO Lover It's a very small IPO, so it's natural that it will be subscribed heavily, final subscription retail may be 25-30x after avoiding by many.
If all people apply, subscription may reach more than 100x.

जो लोग बोलते रहते हैं कि मैं 2 साल से IPO अप्लाई कर रहा हूँ / 1800 IPO अप्लाई करने के बाद भी 1 भी नहीं मिला।
उन सबको इसमें करना चाहिए था,
अगर वो बोलें कि हमने इसमें अप्लाई नहीं किया, इसका मतलब वो लोग सब ऐसे ही बस बाते कर रहे हैं, उनकी बातों का कोई सार नहीं है।

​@ROAR: TBH, there's no genuine source other than your local brokers, but again, they too can be misinformed at times (as we see the operators play with stock price) as local buyers to escalate the price to exit or create fake demand. But again, this is not so frequent; mostly you will get reliable information on CG platform itself, which has better success ratio or the local brokers.

Sorry, GMP percentage is incorrect as price band of IPO is still not declared but CG.com owned site investorgain.com shows issue price as 28 as of date 19 Feb on which GMP of Rs 6 makes it 21.43%

Hey guyz, was going the red herring and details of this company...found details of illegalities of factories and directors has ED cases. It is not a stable industry with many negatives. Is it a good investment as it is also over leveraged?
