You have seen once again how desperate IPOANALYSIS type of people are to propagate their line of thinking. They don't understand any language at all. I have never responded in his thread but he will still stay, don't reply me. But whenever I write anything ...he will barge into my thread.

I will not talk about this stock as I have said enough and everybody is intelligent enough. Safeguard your own interests.

Dear All,

Let us keep things open and in black & white.

1. I don't PROMOTE and MARKET any person or company. I only discuss and share facts and knowledge openly. I am sure people with vested interest will continue to attack me for this very reason.
2. If I become emotional about a company, I will be out of business in a very short period of times and I have been here for last 20 years.
3. Someone says I have hidden the positive points and highlighted only negative points. Please note that I am the person who shared the complete article in the forum and mentioned the points which had not been mentioned in the forum at any point of time. If I had any such intention, I would not have shared the complete article. But these people will still tell lies against me due to their vested interests.
4. There are people who have been the deliberately suppressing the facts. Someone talked about the shutdown. Initially he SHOUTED at him and said that there have not been any shutdown and when I shared the article they said that shutdown doesn't matter. If shutdown doesn't matter why suppress the fact when someone is sharing it. If no one agrees with them, they will not only shout but will also switch to ALL CAPS to intimidate.
5. They say company will not be impacted by shutdown. As per that article ,FY18 profit will be impacted by shutdown.
6. Article says even without shutdown , revenue and PAT has been drastically down in H1 FY18.
7. They mentioned about very high dividend, which is also not true. Data is available. If they don't know the fact it is fine. No one knows all. But if there is continuous and deliberate suppression of the facts............then it is upto people to decide,
8. They have been deliberately hiding facts for some reasons but accusing others when they start discussions.
9. They could have easily said....."Despite anything this company will do well" but they continued to shout at others who wish to have proper discussion on the stock.
10. Let us all be very clear, I have no for or against relationship with this or any other stock whatsoever. But I will continue to talk openly and will welcome others who do the same.
11. Chittorgarh provides a discussion forum, it is not a PROMOTION or MARKETING platform to promote specific people or companies. I will continue to utilize Chittorgarh for discussions and any attempt to direct or indirect bullying will be responded.
12. They say, I have brought down such and such people but they will not cite any example of any such instance where I have bullied anyone, shouted at the person or deliberately suppress the facts. While they continue to attack me and others openly.
13. Even if I make 4-5 posts about the LTCG and gov policy, their whole group of IDs attacked me continuously. At the same time, almost everybody made similar posts but they did not say anything against those posts at all. If it is not selective bullying then tell me what it is............
14. They are not able to understand what my intentions are but look at their continuous behaviour and you can very well understand their intentions.
15. Last but not the least..............I do not hold any grudge this PSU or any other PSU. I shared facts openly which are relevant to stock. Invest in stock for long term only if you believe in it, otherwise look opportunities to trade which I always do for any stock. If this stock does well in the future, I will be happy. On the financial front, I will safeguard myself while ensuring a major opportunity is never missed. I will ensure this for both the cases .....when any stock does well and when it doesn't and suggest you should also do the same.

16. Some one called me lunatic. Since these small group are so judgemental that I am sure they must be judging their immediate family members same way and their family members also doing the vice versa. I feel only pity for these people and do not get offended by these pitiable people.

keep away from my post reply as i know how to give befitting reply to u kind of people.u should understand meaning of maintainance first .anyway ur promotion of negativity wont matter much as stock comes fo its fair value itself.u r people if not applied in specific stock.will start coming with negative comments. I never told that shutdown did not happened.i mention that shutdown is normal procedure that every manufacturing goes through.

do you understand the meaning of maintenance? there is no manufacturing unit in world who dont do shutdown for maintainance so there is nothing negative about this.
If u think this is some news please dont invest in any company and move out from stock market
every company follow this standard procedure to mention that it may or may not get effected by this.

Please do not misguide boarders of this site. Do you know a part of the MIDHANI's manufacturing infrastructure is locked? Hope you are monitoring stocks like NHPC, which can languish at around 20-30 levels for a lifetime unless there is some magic news.

there might be few things that here some people even tend to take out the negative aspect when reading it from article. they dont post positive things of company.
people should use their own knowledge and not come under influence of such person to sell their good stocks at throwaway prices as they might be interested to purchase these stocks at lower price or did not apply in this ipo

therefore people who just pick up negative ones but forgot to put the positive points are wrong and should be ignored.

Not sure what coolsunshine has against this company which will prove to be a multibagger
if you only find only manufacturing unit being closed due to maintainance what is wrong in that. there is no factory in world which dont go for shutdown for maintainance
it is normal process every company follow
u forgotten this is one of the few companies not only in india but world who manufacture special alloys so it has to gain and will create shareholder wealth.
anyway time will answer him. just because you dont have this stock does not mean yuo start spread wrong news about this great company . i could not find anything negative in this company

I can answer these people in their own language but I will not.

I request Uchit Patel and everyone to have a look at HAL Forum and let me know where I put him down anyway. I have been looking to invest in HAL post listing and asked in Uchit's thread at what price I should enter, hoping since he recommended the stock with long term potential he will help me. Tell me where I put him down. Did I shout at him in all CAPS like this gentleman has been doing continuously or did I counter his belief in his thread any way and abused him.

Please provide me pointers to even a single instance where I have said any negative thing in Gamble , Septa , Uchit patel or other ID, EXPLICITLY marketed by this ID. These promoters of specific people will not be able to provide even a single instance.

I never countered opinion in any thread of any of these IDs anytime in the past but shared my own opinion separately. What wrong I did? On the other hand, whenever I posted anything one of their group ID will start attacking in threads opened by me.

Recently Vendetta attacked me, I responded in kind. We discussed and closed this chapter their but the set of few IDs keep coming back and provoke every now and then.

Now midhani...........what I mentioned is what is relevant to stock and did not even say anyone to buy or sell stock and this gentleman shouting in CAPS lock and now another ID of the same gang coming up and supporting each other.

A ID of this members said I don't share data ........now when I speaking with data e.g. Midhani...these people start shouting.

I can go on and on and on.....................but though will not get provoked but will not also sit idle when these group members continue to attack through any of their fresh , new or old IDs.

I am very clear, I may not be expert and I don't even call myself expert but I will not allow anyone or any group to bully me by attacking. It will not happen period..................

I still say.......if you trust them you follow them. I don't even ask anyone to follow me but will continue to express myself openly and once again will not get bullied.

Guys, any news on Talwalkar, stock. It is continuously hitting lower circuits.

Facts are open in black and white. Be cautious.

This company may have lot of future potential due to monopoly etc but as per below article, its profit for FY18 is expected to come down significantly compared to FY17 and FY19 may also have some impact due to plant shutdown started in Jan18.

they are in special alloys with no competitor and market cap of a mini ratna company of only 1685 core.

hardly u will find any psu with low market cap
as earlier only nbcc when came with ipo had such low market cap

this stock will gain momentum soon as is a mutibagger. pick this one before its too late

All of us are so emotional about our stocks picking, thinking, knowledge and everything that we dont think that there can be another perspective from equaly (if not more) competent individuals. This temperament leads to shouting and attacks on each other.

Suggestion:

I believe NMDC dividend has just been anounced but has not been approved by the board yet.

In any case just find out the record date of dividend you are looking for . Usually it should take 5-10 days after record date to get dividend credited to ur bank account. If it hasn't then write to company registrar. Hope this helps.

I have already thanked you and on behalf of all boarders request once again to oblige all of us by posting in normal case (not all CAPS).

HAL has monopoly in helicopters etc.
Bharat Dynamics has monopoly in missile etc.
Midhani has monopoly in defence alloys.

and

Coal India had monopoly in Coal. Last OFS at 344-345 current price 278 (after three years)
NLC and few other companies has VIRTUAL monopoly in lignite mining. last OFS at 165 current price 86 (around a year back)

Monopoly is fine and order book is fine but continued monopoly is never guaranteed and then order book doesn't mean anything when its execution is always lacking.

Is there anything which stops government to divest public sector companies at very high valuations and when they don't perform (which is almost always) allow private entry in the same sector and then tout the same as REFORM while completely ignoring the plight of investors who have invested in these companies at high valuations assuming MONOPOLY and ORDER BOOK.

Think and be cautious before investing in these companies for long term.

HAD COAL INDIA, NBCC AND NOW mishra shares.

I havent bought any other psu and stayed away from banking sector.
every experience is different for individuals
although there are few psu given multibagger return. thats why you need to choose and pick correct ones

anyway i am confident of this company. only time will now how this performs and if this will be my another multibagger after NBCC.
