Idea has very poor management of complaint redressal. One finds hostile customers quarrling with the employees.

225 at max bid (cut-off) price is a wise thinking and probability is higher when compared at lower levels. So far, on the first day 377505 bids were received and 314640 bids were at cut-off price. I expect this issue would be oversubscribed more than 50 to 75 times, which, probably, might not result in firm allotment. So we have to maintain wait and watch policy and keep our fingers are crossed.

Idea is any time better then Mindtree as Telecom is booming. BPO is risky as attrition is high.
