Software firm MindTree Consulting has set a price band of Rs 365-425 per share for its forthcoming initial public offering (IPO), and will raise around Rs 238 crore at the top end of the price band.
The company is offering 55,93,300 shares out of which 3,72,900 shares are reserved for employees and 2,79,660 shares are reserved for business associates.
The net issue will be of 49,40,740 equity shares, and will constitute 13.25% of the post-issue capital of the company.
The proceeds of the issue will be used to fund a new development centre in China and repay loans.
The issue opens on February 9 and close on February 14.
The MindTree IPO is proposed to open on February 9, 2007. The IPO application ends on February 14, 2007.
