The economictimes article says that tata steel is already having regulatory approval. I am not sure about what regulatory approval they are talking about.

According to me, Tata steel's FPO on 19th Jan is very unlikely considering DRHP yet to be filed by tata steel with SEBI. On an average SEBI takes 20 days to clear DRHP for FPO. SEBI took 20-28 days to clear DRHP for all PSU FPOs which hit market this year and last year.

Tata steel FPO on 19th Jan. Issue closes on 21st.

price band not disclosed. However reliable sources say that its 4.5% dicounted than present market rate.

Before subscription the premium was 6-7 rs

Now there is 2.5 Rs seller
No buyer in grey market

Those who have applied in this IPO and have sold the shares in grey market should continue their positions other people should go for stop payment
Don't expect Ravi and Shekhawati in each IPO
There was different story behind ravi and Shekhawati, that's why they had a super listing
Here chances of negative listing are much higher,Retailers are blindly chasing these type of IPOs after seeing ravi and shekhawati

550 shares are expected in 2 lacs application
