Hello Folks, Please help with my doubt:
I have applied for 2 lots each under 3 application (Mom, Dad & Myself)
Would it have been better chance of allotment if I applied 3 lots in 2 persons name or 6 lots in a single person's name?

Also what's up with people asking for " anyone with 15lots, or 20lots joining me?" I really don't understand what it means? can someone help with this?
