Any idea regading the allotment for MBL infra, Just now called the register office and came to know that they are planning to withdraw the issue in couple of days. So that purpose we cannot see the allotment status.Have any one have any more details to post on this would be appreciated.

SUPREME INFRA IPO HAS ALSO BEEN NOT OLD THAN 2 YEARS SO DECIDE URSELF BUY FROM SECONDARY MARKET AT 7.5 P/E OR BUY THIS STOCK AT 10P/E

Fair Value Rs.160 on 2009 earnings.

Being a new entrant, the company must come at a discount to its peers to provide some upside to investors. Hence, investors can choose from amongh the already listed players in the secondary market. Investors should skip this IPO.

Investors can wait for a correction to around 105 to invest.

RISK FACTORS

1. MSP Infrastructures, a group company and promoted by promoters of this IPO, has objects similar to this company. As a result, there could be conflict of interest between MSP Infrastructures and this company.

2. Involved in certain litigation & contingent liabilities (including dispute against Income Tax Department). Any unfavourable ruling could impact its earnings, going forward.

3. Two criminal proceedings/cases pertaining to dishonour of cheques were pending against the company in courts.
