Does anyone have a bull case for this biz? Only thing I could see is the seasonality - Mar qtr can be very strong in terms of revenue (eg. see Ajooni), so simple extrapolation of revenue for '24 is not appropriate

But very low margins, high PE, so feels like a biz to skip?

One more and probably biggest negative is high debt. And companies proceed from IPO is not going to go for debt repayment. Anyways fund crunch is there, so complete avoid for me.

At first glance, financials aren't bad but valuations are steep on H1 annualised basis, return ratios are marred by high debt, but no major unusual bump up in H1FY24.
Despite all this, Rikhav is the single biggest deal blocker for me. Won't waste my time any further beyond first glance.

Calling them cheaters would be going beyond our brief, as it may perhaps never be provable.
However, if they failed in their basic job as an MM, that alone is good reason enough to avoid future misadventures. Incompetency is almost as bad as cheating.
