So far so good. Lets see what will be the price band..... Rs. 1000-1033 seems sustainable. Anything higher than 1200, will make me think again, above 1500 it will be a sigh, above 2000, forget it.

Issue appears to be very good. Wait for announcement of Market lot and price bank. Likely to be 10 (1 lot) and price nearly 2000

If the price will be around 2000 then it does not look good .Expected price brand around 1200-1300 will be good for short term as well as for long .

CE Info share issue is 100% OFS. Company will not get any money from this OFS issue for its business purpose. Promotors and selling investors are likely to be tempted to charge maximum price.

Financial performance is so far so good. Future not clear .

After long time a good issue of a profit making Company is coming. CE got all the qualities of 5^ rating. Company is from new technologies segment, market leader, well known brand and moreover profit making all these years. Only catch if any is valuation of Rs1500-1600 per Equity share of FV Rs.2/+ only. So only point to know. If they have left anything for investors or not. Although GMP shows 40-50% premium on offer price yet to be fixed. I think this GMP game has become a tool to allow promoters to fix a sky high prices. Watch PE or PBV before taking final decision.

It has no listed peer, it''s one of a kind company going to listed in share market.

25 year old company. Consistently profit making (cyclical in nature).

Well placed in business, extensive customer base in India and abroad especially in Automotive sector.

The mapple vertical offers GPS Tracking and emergency response services, as we seen in Hollywood movies -" 911 what''s your emergency" 😊.

In short, seems like a GMP deserving candidate, more details are awaited.
