Dear Gem,
I am not a regular dealer in grey market & It was you first proposed to sell your kostaks.Once you enter greymarket you should abide by its rule ,Even it was my first trade I agreed to the rules & paid all the taxes etc & gave what was due. Go & ask any one in greymarket forum.
I do not have any Issues with you,You pay or do not pay its not an issue but refrain from using the word cheater.I have used the word default which you yourself have admitted in your mail exchanges.I advanced you 70 K for buying your Kostaks. which Idiot other than me will advance 70 K to an unknown person. What return I got,I paid more than that amt to the other side .
"I applied in the ipo I will pay the income taxes on them , I paid the brokerage , I taken the risk and what I was supposed to do is to pay them without the above deductions…." who has taken the risk you or me by paying 70 K before the Issue.
I am not the sort to publish private correspondence in public but If even one unfounded allegation is made against me then It will be my duty to publish all the info becos I am not a saint to lose money & also to hear my self being called cheat.

Mumbai-based women's innerwear manufacturer Lovable Lingerie is entering capital market with a public issue of 45.5 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on March 8.

The issue would constitute 27.08% of the post issue paid-up capital, which will close on March 11.

The firm will use the issue proceeds to set up a manufacturing facility to create additional capacity at Bangalore, where it will invest Rs 23 crore. Lovable also plans to invest Rs 25 crore in its joint venture Lovable Lifestyles Private Limited, which will market, manufacture, distribute and direct retail in the super premium lingerie segment. Lovable will hold 90% stake in the JV with London's Lifestyle Galleries. It will also spend additional amount on brand building and setting up exclusive brand outlets (EBOs).

Sequoia Capital India's growth fund picked up a 5.95% stake in a pre-IPO investment in the company for Rs 20 crore. The deal was involved SCI Growth Investments II picking up one million shares at a price of Rs 200 per share. The deal would value the firm on a post-issue basis at around Rs 336 crore.

With this pre-IPO deal benchmark, the firm could be looking to raise anywhere over Rs 91 crore through the issue.

Anand Rathi Advisors Limited is the book running lead manager to the proposed IPO.

The company’s brands include 'Lovable', 'Daisy Dee' and 'College Style' which are retailed through 103 distributors in India. Lovable has three manufacturing facilities - two in Bengaluru, with an installed capacity of 60 lakh pieces p.a. and another unit in Uttarakhand with an installed capacity of 7.5 lakh pieces p.a.

Hi Members,

We again forgotten the issue of reducing the retail limit in IPO to Rs 1 lakh. We now have got new SEBI chairman and we should start our campaign once again to reduce the limit to 1 Lakh from existing 2 Lakh.

e...mail IDs are chairman (at) sebi.gov.in, sebi (at) sebi.gov.in

Dear Sridhar and Gem,
Going to courts in India is waste of time, money and energy. The courts are so useless, you get judgement after 20-30 years. Only fools go to courts( in India) . Settle amicably or forget.
Good Luck. I pray both of you will come to better senses.

Dear GEM,

My friend - pl forget the legal ities & legal action. Whatever your conscience says act and even if you are right, for the sake of your friend you can compromise & settle the issue amicably in whatever terms you feel is right.

Afterall for experts like you & Sreedhar, I repeat once again this is not a very big amount.

Hope I am not mistaken.

TO ALL MEMBERS OF THIS FORUM

Before this I gave admitted 2-3 times that MR. SREEDHAR and I had some grey market deals and as per his calculation not necessary mine I paid him less. The chain was like this as he told me… I sold to sreedhar and he in turn dealtwith this guy “ IPO FINDER” and we had illegal bank a/c transactions in cash….

We had a deal, he gave me the proposal to deal in “grey market” and offered me to buy applications, the terms of the deal was not clear as I faced lot of issue in paying the correct amt. when he told me to sell the shares supposed @300
, he wanted the net proceed without deduction of brokerages etc…., since I had arranged to sell him from other person they deducted 15% STCG TAX, there were many unconsented terms…..

the whole process was illegal and I was cheated/misrepresented to deal in grey market by this two regular dealers *( sreedhar and ipo finder)….

As per my calculation I paid him in full…….

He advanced me 70K and I paid him 2L in the matter of 8-10 days….. this was the best return in the world that he got

I applied in the ipo I will pay the income taxes on them , I paid the brokerage , I taken the risk and what I was supposed to do is to pay them without the above deductions….

If MR. SREEDHAR wants to take legal actions plz do so , even I could help him outor counsult a lawer to force the contract between us…….

A contract as per INDIAN CONTRACT ACT,1972 is said to be complete if the following chain established:-

1) "proposal” 2) "promise" 3) "agreement" 4) "contracts"

When one person signifies to another his willingness to do or to abstain from doing anything, with a view to obtaining the assent of that other to such act or abstinence, he is said to make a “proposal”

When the person to whom the proposal is made signifies his assent thereto, the proposal is said to be accepted. A proposal, when accepted, becomes a “promise”

Every promise and every set of promises, forming the consideration for each other, is an “agreement”

An agreement not enforceable by law is said to be “void”

All agreements are contracts if they are made by the free consent of parties competent to contract, for a “lawful consideration” and with a “lawful object”, and are not hereby expressly declared to be void.

The consideration or “object of an agreement is lawful”, unless- it is “forbidden by law”; or is of such a nature that, if permitted, it would defeat the Provisions of any law; or is fraudulent; or involves or implies injury to the person or property of another or; the Court regards it as “immoral”, or opposed to “public policy”.

FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIDERS OF “ GREY MARKET DEALERS” I MAY CLARIFY THAT NO LEGAL ACTION IS VIABLE AND TENABLE IN THE COURT OF LAW IN OUR CASE INSPITE HE HAS SOME OF MY “ HONEST E-MAIL “ EXCHANGES , BECAUSE IN OUR CASE THERE IS NO “ VALID CONTRACT” IT’S A ILLEGAL CONTRACT, ITS VOID……

Familiar brand across India. Should be doing well I suppose.

Dear Sreedhar,

I read all messages in this site for the past 5 years and could figure out this problem right from the beginning.

I appeal to both of you to reach a settlement / compromise & solve the issue amicably.

My personal suggestion(which both of you may or may not agree but the issue can come to an end) is that 50% amount be settled to Sreedhar and after all for you experts Rs.37,500/- may not be a too big amount to bother you.

Dear boarders - Let us remember that we have benefited from both of you and I call upon the thousands of viewers of this site - both silent & active to voice their concerns so that the 2 experts remain happy on this board of Chittorgarh.

Note : If this is offensive to anybody pl ignore this message.
