I have observed in RHP that financials till Sep 2021 are only available and not later than that. Is it bcoz the financials does not look good and hence not mentioned in RHP or any other reason.

Also as per Sep 2021 results D/E is on higher side and for FYs it has declared loss. EBITDA margin is only 6.2% and PAT margin is 2.5%. ROE and ROCE are also not that good. It is expensive based on this data.

Due to incomplete data/financials in RHP I am skipping this IPO.

Sir open your eyes financials are available till Jun-22 in RHP and Chittorgarh forum also people start making baseless assumption without studying properly

No brainer. GMP already in discount. Those who can't resist applying, will apply. Listing range plus minus 2%.

Now not a good time for main line IPOs. Coming with more and more with OFS and at very high price. Difficult to think to apply. Landmark a bad one for retailers. There was a man, he used to call himself a lord. One day someone asked, how can you be a lord. The man told that earlier he was a landlord. He has lost his land and so he is lord now. In this IPO, one is going to loose his land and stand with a mark. Mark of disappointment. Better to avoid. Retailers are cautious now. Subscription figures not encouraging at all. Avoid for me in all respect.
Take your own decision.
