1) Extremely poor financial performance history.
2) Automotive dealerships being a capital intensive sunset business model & in a future dominated vastly by EVs & new age OEMs, may not survive past another decade where automobiles would be booked and sold online.
3) Emergence of 3rd Party Automotive Service franchises like GoMechanic eating into the after-sales business.
4) Major chunk of the offer being OFS indicates promoters having clearly lost interest in the business.

Without seeing the price band, I think its clear avoid, reasons are
1. Assets declining yoy
2. Revenue declining yoy
3. Heavy borrowing also increased yoy
4. Was at loss on 19-20
5. 80 % of issue is OFS, promoter want to exit or decrease
6.not giving 21-22, 22-23 data
7. Remember Cartrade, it was complete OFS, ipo price 1618, now trading at 491, down 70 % after 15 months.
Why to take risk when one easily can make 10 % on secondary market.
