Yes.. Still money in blocked status on union bank a/c. In previous ipo''s they unblocked the money on the allotment date itself.. May be they forgot this time :)

My question on PBT exco other income is flat rather declining (bottom line) despite robust increase in Top line (operating receipt) since last many years, remains unanswered even after listing. since continuously applying in so many IPO, i had skipped L&T Infotech. I would not invest in this Company even after post listing , as they are alleged for Financial Engineering.

See the other income reported by TCS as a % of total revenue and compare the same with other income of L&T infotech as a % of total Revenue.

Sales :108646 Crores
Other Income : 3054 Crores (2.81%)

L & T Infotech
Sales : 5847 Crores
Other Income : 295 Crores (5.04%)

The real issue is PBT exco other income is flat rather declining (bottom line) despite robust increase in Top line (operating receipt) since last many years.

In simple words (for investors who do not understand accounting/finance well) , company spend equal or more amount for every incremental operating rupee earned since last many year.

Is this not a matter of concern?

If it is not a matter of concern as per yours analysis than go ahead with subscription. I will not say anything more on this point.

So if "other income" increased by 250 Crs ... The impact on PAT is +ve by 165-170crs (after considering tax@33%)

In the year just before the IPO ... Is it not unusual ??

Eagleye other income is not a issue extra ordinary income is a issue...... All good IT company have big percentage of income from other income if an IT company does not have other income i will be more worried. A good example is Satyam computers

Market never gives valuation including past others income, market always value future earnings less other income ,qib and hni have no appetite for IT shares so they may not be excited and oversubscription likely subdued from there.however retailers may seen huge.

This is news to me just go and check infosys TCS wipro HCL other income before giving such wrong info...... other income is not a worry extra ordinary income is worry

I would be happiest person, if u all make good profit on listing/post listing but my question on financials on L &T infotech remains unanswered.

Happy investing to all of you.
Considering such a strong appetite for this IPO , i may easily presume that people are not bothered with financial engineering done by its parent L & T.

Regarding be fearful when others are greedy
And be greedy when others are fearful.

Basically now people becomes greedy (with high subscription) and some investors like us becomes fearful.

L7T had kept reserved shares when launching L &t finance for L 7 T shareholders. This time they have ignored loyal shareholders and are paying penalty

But sir who is penalised, it''s not the co, it''s poor shareholders who are paying penalty!

State bank is provideing efficient service they remove hold on 19/07/16 at 4.30pm

The only thing we expected was to get some listing gain, this is not a company for long term as things stand now. I exited at 697.

A m naik was disappointed in press conference today.

He almost said that on chittorgarh forum some super experts vanished suddenly and it impacted gmp and listing.

So , pls experts aisa na kiya karo

Will remain stuck in the range of 660-730 before results..!!
