If anybody have any knowledge about the shares reserved for shareholders of L&T Ltd. in forthcoming IPO of L&T Finance. In their RHP it has been mentioned that certain percentage of shares is reserved for shareholders of L&T Ltd., but there is no mention about the price or is it free of cost to the shareholders of its parent company. Please share your ideas/views here. As L&T announced its book closure for dividend and AGM purpose, but as per my knowledge no record date has been fixed for the entitlement of L&T Finance shares.

Apply to L&T finance IPO. Very good issue, to mdonate to ur grand children.
