SME ipos are very small 🤏 in terms of issue size & very less applications as compared to the Main ipos. Even though none of the SMEs have completed/ tested the T+3 work yet. Which is very shocking and not investors friendly approach. The Authorities have to press them for this work. Nowadays there are numbers of ipos are coming together & this makes very difficult for applying due to this Simantantously ipos. If authorities don't force them we as a investors boycott these issues who don't follow T+3 work. But but as we aren't United so don't hope T+3 before January 2024.😅🥰😜🤑.

Kundan IPO closing on 15th Sep. As you are aware, 19th Sep is bank /Exchange holiday for Ganesh Chathurthi. We would file with Stock exchange for basis approval on 20th Sep. So we are likely to get approval on 20th Sep evening only. Hence funds will be unblocked on 21st Sep, which is 3rd working day from issue closing date. For Holmarc we are planning to get stock exchange approval on 22nd Sep and refund instructions will be given overnight on 22nd September, which banks would act upon only on 25th September as 23rd Sep is a bank holiday, being 4th Saturday .

In my view, if possible, better to sell and apply here to avoid risk....since there are many concerns here like big debt, big issue size without QIB , lesser subscriptions and gmp, mainly poor track record of LM , financials looks good but latest FY23 looks to be window dressed for ipo...sector is good here but competitive ......
i may apply here some applications and may sell them in grey after ipo closing....

After careful consideration of the views of our well knowledged and experienced gurus, I have skipped. Time will only judge whether the decision is correct or not.

​@abc xyz , I too had a thought of going with 3 applications of 23 lots each.
Around 3 pm decided to apply 3 bHNI's is RR Kabel and applied 3 applications of 9 lots each here.
Expecting 1 lot now based on the subscription (approx. 75% chance).

Too much confusion on this. Double minded here. At last applied 1 retail, considering it can be a discount listing as well.
