Global slowdown affecting commodity space.
This seems to be an infant company with nascant financials that isnt impressive keeping in mind what companies do with financial records before jumping in IPO space. Wonder if QIB has been included to keep it fancy and to create a perception of a big enough company. Waiting for the price band and other details. If reasonable, may think of putiing in money. So far just also ran types.
