On Day 1, QIB Participation that too full subscription raises Eye Brows.

No Doubt about company Fundamentals

But trend looks very weak, Gigantic Issue Size, QIB participation on Day 1 looks suspecious and decided to stay away for some time

Which green engineering product is this company presently producing? The company website and videos show all fabricated products.

Company is Good No doubt, Good Anchor Book, But the thing is that issue size is very very high in SME [Big IPO ipo]. Secondary Markets are also under Correction since last 4 days. In my option due to Negative Sentiment Sell and Apply was the Best Option in this IPO at present sutation.
After Anchor allocation, Appx 135 Crore worth free Float shares will be available on screen @ Listing day. Selling pressure will be there no doubt. So think before invest & plan accordingly.

One more thing I would like to share with you all that lot of Promotion going on about KP Green ipo everywhere. Beware reminding me of Spectrum Talent IPO.

GMP moved up from Rs:30 {08 Mar} to Rs:105 {10 Mar} with in 3 days then fallen till Rs:20 {13 Mar}, again moved till 60 {14 Mar} and today {15 Mar} GMP trading around 45 Levels.

Latest GMP: 46 @ 01:00PM # 15 March.SUB2: 30,000/- Limited Buying Happening.
It's not Recommendation for Apply/Avoid.
Just shared my view about this company.

QIb almost 2X on second day looks fishy to impress retail investors

Honestly If The Sector of the Company Is Removed Then This Company Is nothing Special

If they were Investor Friendly They Wouldn't Have Priced The Issue at a PE of 28-30

If It Was Priced Around 120 , I would Have Happily Applied Here

Also The Push of Promotions on Social Media is a worry

I am thinking to analyze this company deeply

Size and Sentiments are of course issues.
But the biggest concern for me - how aggressively the retired chacha on X promoting this issue.

ANIL CHACHA CAN DO ANYTHING FOR MONEY......BEWARE OF HIM GUYS!!!!

HE TAKES A FEES FROM COMPANY AND THEN PROMOTE LIKE HELL ON SOCIAL MEDIA!!

HE DOES NOT CARE WHETHER RETAILERS EARN OR LOSE!!

BEWARE!BEWARE!! 🙏🏻

I believe, chacha is not even shying away from that. He has been posting openly his meetings with promoter, helping company to sail through this issue..

He has been very vocal about his open support for this issue (also about his paid promotion)

Huge ipo for sme(biggest as on date) Selling pressure will be heavy on listing. Will take the call on last day
