Good company and financial is also good . If you will compare with syrma , dixon and amber with fy23 annualized PE then it looks cheaper .
Dixon posted good result for Q2 and expecting same with syrma and kaynes .
I will apply for listing gain.

Agreed. PE of 60 makes it a pricy issue.

Diversified business model with portfolio having applications across industry verticals with Global product certifications & separate vertical specific certifications. Prospect for this sector at the moment looks promising. Debt level looks OK but needs monitoring of working capital management. Fresh issue going for Capacity building but also has some scope from current capacity. Asking valuation highly expensive IMO.Do monitor related party transactions post-listing though doesn't look like a big issue at the moment. Overall, though it's good but I am not so comfortable with valuation.

* If we convert 15 rs. employee discount in to 5% employee discount , it makes issue price of rs. 300.
i.e OFS of 216 cr. + 650 cr. Fresh Issue = 866 cr. Total Issue size

* Dixen and Amber are the peer group companies which was also shown by syrma.
Two LMs IIFL and DAM are common in both these issues syrma and kaynes.

* HEM is also one of the LM to handle main board issue.

* D/E ratio <1

* Initially at first sight the issue looks good to apply with full force.

Kaynes tech is Very Good Company and Posting Good Revenue Year on Year, IPO looks attractive with this price and its also long term bet
with 55 lakh shares and 41 crore net profit for the year 2021, it had EPS of 80Rs, its good for long term bet, you may get bonus and Split

@jigneish bhai total shares are nearly 5.5 cr and eps nearly 8 please see the IPO documents before commenting and you are talking about bonus & split seriously ?
