1. Company has a good return on equity (ROE) track record: 3 Years ROE 33.5%

2. Debtor days have improved from 41.0 to 18.1 days.

3. Company's working capital requirements have reduced from 54.3 days to 21.7 days

Most exciting part of this ipo is it's revenue.
Three months revenue is 570 crore.
Happy forging full year 1200 crore.
Azad engineering full year 261.
That's why I buy on listing.

When are q3 results due ?

profit is almost absent and expenditure equal to revenue.
Company is running cost to cost.
That's why stock is also not growing
Junk and useless

Book value of this share as per MONEY CONTROL DATA is Rs. 1289
It is astonishingly very high.
does it mean it has a potential to rise manifold.

Shuru ke 1-2 din ki volume jyada rehti hai ... Phir aap dekho 2-4 lot bhi ni bechta hai koi din bhar mai... Thoda dar sab ko lagta hai .. even I am feeling it but it's good to buy... And definitely good to hold..

​@PeterEngland Agrees volumes are high today ... Sir what's your criteria for exit here ? Circuit break or few days or result or something else ?

​@MR AGARWAL I generally hold the rare allotments like this one until the T2T circuit limits are revised to 20% because I think that's the point when initial price discovery is complete.

I don't consider Circuit Break as good criteria for exit because it's highly manipulated in case of SME's as seen during my limited experience.

Thanks for giving me courage to hold since I was worried about the rising seller volumes 🙏

Listing gain people exited... Now real investors come into picture... Logistics has key role in Indian economy and more scope for this kind of stock. I believe this as candidate of 200. Let's see where it lead in a month.

The symbol "KLL-ST" itself is a little disturbing and many will read it "KILL-ST" at first read. Despite a below expected listing, it gave 40% which is certainly not bad and we all know how GMP not to be trusted. It is expected to rise further for sure.

GMP vs listing price, lot of variance seen in recent SME IPO's

I bought a lot for the medium term (until the next result) due to the reasons below.
1.Same LM got Vishnusurya- On listing day so much panic was created and listed at 73 so all the retailers sold and within 3 months share price reached at Rs.450.
2.Kaushalya's Revenue and PAT are growing at a drastic pace.
3. Company has mentioned that they will
Repay Unsecured Loan so that interest can be saved and it would boost PAT.

I missed buying at LC everything happened so quickly. + I did a huge mistake in panic mode I forgot I placed order at 114.9 just after it opened at 9:15 and completely forgot to cancel it after it hit LC.. and suddenly it popped now you have sold at 114.9 fokat ka loss. I never intended to sell ..mai train mai Chadha rha tha logo ko ..TT ne mujhe hi utar diya .

In my opinion just sell ... borrowings are high ..it will come below issue price in litl time.

As per Mar-2023, Borrowings are ~23% of assets (not an issue to worry about), but revenue is higher than assets. There are companies whose debts are more than the assets value
