Here is the mail from Intime Spectrum about refunding --
Congratulations ! You have been allotted 10 shares of Jyothy Laboratories Limited against your application for 60 shares. Your DP account has been credited with above shares. Rs 34500 is being credited through ECS in to your bank.
Kindly note that file containing refund data for credit to your bank account through ECS channel has been handed over to Refund Banker (Kotak Mahindra Bank / ICICI Bank). Credit into respective account through ECS can be expected in Mumbai by 13/12/2007 and other than Mumbai by 15/12/2007. Hence, if the credit is delayed beyond 6 days, you may follow up with your banker for the same.
Please note that you should transact in this security only after verifying the credit of the security in your DP account.
As per information here it is clear that intime has alloted 10 shares to all those who had applied for 140 shares. If this is the case what retail investors like me will never get any allotment since I apply only to one lot. Intime is not doing a fair business. Can anybody comment on this?
Dear all, i had applied for this IPO thru ABN AMRO Broking. On entering the application reference no. on the INTIME site, i found that my name was entered with a wrong spelling and that i have not been allotted any shares either. Since this was a Digital application, where does the fault for spelling error lie?
I understand that normally, there is a detailed cross-check done with the DEMAT a/c details - and so, this could be reason for rejection of the IPO application.
Could u please advise your comments / suggestions / advice on this problem.
