There are clear growth trends here but these are small retail stores having competition from other organized businesses as well e-commerce. Operating margins clearly on a upward trajectory. Even on super earnings the valuation looks extremely expensive. I doubt it will see Fone4 fate given it's profitability but upside will be restricted with such steep pricing. I am certainly not risking as I don't find any niche here.

I am from Rajkot. They have showroom in Rajkot. Whenever I pass by the showroom, it is empty without/one or two customers only most of the times. They have changed the location of their showroom twice within 3-4 years within the city.

One of my frnds has a big house....and it has 20 stores in it and all r on rent to different vendors .... They should also raise money like this..... Seems like u can have ipo for anything now.... Mobile rapair shop ko technology limited bolna bhi ab fashion hi hai....

The comments in this forum affects individual decesion and your comment was too much negetive.
You are also crying on the company ipo debut and criticizing openly , you should reach out to SEBI , not here.

Moreover it's not only mobile repair shop that you mentioned here ,
It is mobile selling shop chain with good customer base.
It's competing with e commerce brand boldly and generating good turnover in mejor city of Gujarat.
I personally visited their store in past and you commented negetive without proper research of what business is and how it's doing.
anyways close the matter , I was not intended to personally blaming you , many also commented the same.

Maine bhi yha(kobe) apply Kiya tha..... Company ke financials pe logo ne apply nahi kiya tha gmp and subscription pe kiya tha.....
Company ke financials acche hai toh abhi bhi le le.... Jinko financials pe bharose hota hai woh pre-open mein bhi kharid lete hai.... Tu rota reh bus and doosro pe baat dalta reh....
@trueinfo ji i would like to ask u what was ur reason for applying? Following ur trails it was purely gmp, subscription and then anant ji message on applying....the financials ans the sector was never the bright side .....No body expected it to list the way it did and it could have gone anyway ..... And the pun made there still exist and it was a pun.... there was no recommendation.... Retrospectively when u analyse it very easy the light the match.....

And if this message made anyone to skip this then they learned a lesson worth a lot more..... An unrealised profit don't hurts what hurts is a realised loss and the same people would have applied in a hollow and failed ipo reading some extravagant lines from some promoter .....so its a good lesson to learn and use a wholesome analysis to apply

I am bit disappointed with the name of this Company,Jay Jalaram. My personal feelings. Shri Jalarambapa is a Saint from Gujarat. A small village 'Virpur' from district Rajkot. Many people of this forum are aware of this. This is well known name in our country as well as abroad. Because Gujarati people are spread all over the world. My mother is from 'Virpur'. Jalaram Temple is in Mathura run by Chobejis and one in Calcutta run by Bengali family. In many other places but generally managed by Gujarati community.
If not a good company one should avoid keeping this name. Promoter also seems tobe follower of Jalarambapa. All my personal feelings. Sorry if anybody mind my feelings.

I express my gratitude to those forum members who are sharing local information of their areas and helping in differentiating between genuine and fraudulent SMEs.
Evaluation of SMEs is a difficult task in comparison to main board IPOs.

Yes, I remember you exited on the listing date itself. Lucky you man.
And as per my nature of holding long (same in LIC), did hold more and then exited with approx 50% loss in Fone4.

All this holding nature is because of what happened with me (and you too) in Kotyark.
Allotted at 51, exited at 55, not it is at 780.😐😣😥
Approx 15-16 times in less than 1 year and I exited with 8000 profit 😢.

@GJ: yes we discussed a lot about this on kotyark page, and thought to buy it later once it was moving up but then restricted ourselves. That discussion of ours is alone in chittorgarh i think, with 24 replies and between only 2 people :)

Anyways we shouldn't related any exceptional performance of any ipo to any other, each case is different. And don't think you have lots 15-16 times, even if you were holding that, then you might have sold that at any level after that, around 80 around 200 or around 300 etc etc. Most people got EKI also sold at multiple levels, we don't know which one be like this, so holding on to longer times in bigger hope may have both kind of outcomes.
There are many examples with me of such things on both side outcomes.

Fone4, safa type shop.. not an sme for me. Its some shop/ distributor. No scalable business , nothing good to attract to.

I don't have knowledge to analyse the IPOs. But looking at first sight it seems that it is good issued. The rest will be viewed by experts and I will agree to their analysis.

Jay Jalaram Technology is not famous or known at all in Ahmedabad, so thik twice before investing. I am from Ahmedabad

It reminds me of few stocks related to Harshad Mehta. You might find name plate somewhere if you search deeply.

While hearing Bhatia Com , I am reminded the listing of Bhatia colour which was also Gujarat base company and listed at deep discount of 50% few months back. LM track record is not so good. BeeLine means BadLine. Recent upcoming IPOs are good to avoid.

Yes true Bhatia colour is a cheater company....Money stuck badly .......why such cheating companies are given approval to loot peoples money ......

When I read revolt in the description, I get horrors of Micromax and it's founder. It's just another retail business depending on OEMs for their survival. Not even 1% profit after a good year. Remember OEMs don't care who sells their products, Amazon and Flipkart account for huge share in electronics market. Then there's croma, reliance, Vijay sales,etc. Also many newbies in the market. U can choose to take a dip for listing gains if there's any, after that it's a staircase graph downwards.

in 2018 similar comany Bhatia Communication listed in sme.

Flipkart/ Amazon kind online shopping sites are most vulnerable thread for this kind of brick and mortar shops whose business model is now outdated atleast for consumer electronics/ mobile laptops/ even big ticket home appliances..
Physical store format is Difficult to sustain going forward..
