@Noorul as you mentioned regarding the discussion with the management and the points you have drawn is quite encouraging. I am allotted and have sizeable lots, some other sources also confirmed that in 3 years time this company may give very good growth. So I may hold it for long term. I heard that some brokers specially from Gujarat are spreading negativity about LM and MM to benefit their short sell in the grey market. So all members please be aware of all such comments.

and you forget to put NSB as negative, they sell on listing day, may drag down price, seen in last IPOs

@ Aditya .. I also heard such kind of activities here.. not sure what Impact they gonna make. But I want to draw the attention towards a big positive point that Amity Venture Capital has invested here.. It's a Global strategic Investor Firm and they invest in those startups where they foreseen multifold growth. They will keep invested here post IPO too.

Above points are only for knowledge purpose.. one should do there due diligence before investing.

@whistle Blower - market maker has allocated only 43 lot .. ( 43*2000).. so. Hope not much impact.. moreover it’s 1lac ipo and leaving this for longer term should not be an issue and moreover total size of this ipo is aap 7CR .. not a big one .. I am thinking to hold both lot..

Only sad part is IT is not in best space until nasdeq stablized .. I sold all except accumulating latent at 305zz

This is only concern.. if this investor is good .. then possibly will hold .. .. or selll one and hold another.. lot.. boycott negativity.. if all retailer stay.. united .. no one harm us .. unity is strength .. this is my view .. please devise your view a this is your money..

I just wanted to hear from @noorul .. what exactly did he speak with mgmt ? Any transcript willl be appreciated

i am just telling noorul that you should see negative points alson , NSB is a negative

there is always 2 sides of coin, if you see or others are showing only one side than

@Noorul sir Amity Venture Capital exited in 2022..In RHP Amity holding 0 share and also no name of Amity in share holding pattern post ipo

@ Nilesh.. yes you are right.. Amity Venture took exit and they got back 40 times of their investment... And it's nature of investment.. one exit and one entered... and saw the RHP in Right Issue 4 Promoters got the shares at 60rs.

@ Ratna .. Everything can't be disclosed and shared here.. but I got to knw from my strong sources that Nikunj won't sell this time on listing day. So need not to worry about it.

@Whistle : Every company have few plus and minus points specially in SME segment.. I tried to display whatever plus and minus point I found here.. intansion is not to show the rosy picture to investors because I have invested here. I m very well aware of all the consciquenses if any thing goes wrong. So I believe one should do his own research and analysis before jumping in.. and take risk according to there risk appetite and one should not boil all his eggs in single bucket.
IMO Overall I found it a Good bet to play on. It's just my views only no recommendation or promotion.
