This a very good SME IPO i like companies price at reasonable price also with specialisation in small end project like doing mobile app for SME is a niche market i like this IPO will buy on listing since allotment looks very difficult
Septa Sir, Plz help me on the applying strategy- i have 3 different DEMATs with full family and capacity to apply for 4 lots. What should be a good strategy -(1) to apply for 3 different application of 1 lot each in RII or (2) to apply for 2 different application of 2 lot each in NII?? Is the allotment criteria same for both the category e.g one lot to each applicant through lottery in case of over subscription?
Eagleye mam, i am trying to ask this question desperately but didnt get ans from anyone, Plz help me on the applying strategy- i have 3 different DEMATs with full family and capacity to apply for 4 lots. Can anyone please please tell me through which broker, I can buy and sell SME IPOs. I have already contacted Sharekhan, Ventura, ICICI Direct, HDFC, Zerodha, SBI but unfortunately they are not providing platform for SME IPOs. Apart from this I have contacted Upstox, but executive is confused on SME IPOs. I am highly frustrated by searching correct broker. Can anyone please tell me the name of broker through which you have already bought and sold SME IPOs shares. Thank you very much in advance.
Thank you CA Fin for your reply. I have contacted many brokers but they are providing online application facilities only for main IPOs not for SME IPOs. Apart from this, I am ready to fill ASBA form for SME IPOs and submit it in Banks, but brokers are saying that I am unable to sell SME IPOs shares if it is allocated. Brokers are saying it required special kind of platform to sell allocated shares. So request you to please let me know the broker name who is providing this facility. Thank you in advance
I trade in SME IPO regularly and HDFCSec supports both NSE Emerge and BSE SME ipos. Though application process is still manual through ASBA supported physical Form which you submit in one of their branches but trading there after is all automated through telebanking or net baking.
Dear Ninad, Thank you for your reply. I am already having Sharekhan & Ventura accounts. But unfortunately both are not proceeding platform for SME IPOs.
Dear Lav Sir, Thank you for your valuable reply. I have already contacted HDFC but didn''t get clarification. Did you applied any SME IPOs & are you able to sell these SME IPO shares? Waiting for your reply. Thank you in advance.

@MINTO...you can apply from any bank account giving your DP ID and Clent ID of your DEMAT and selling will be through the bank where your DEMAT is. If they dont support SMEs then call them and find out if they take offline orders on phone to sell those. Ideally, if you have shares in your demat you should be able to sell them, only question is if you get the online or offline service to do so. Hope it helps
