I think listing date should be 2-Feb, as T+6 falls on 2-Feb (being 26th Jan holiday). But yes sometimes if process ends early, share can be listed on T+5. Eg. Bectors Food.

I think this is one the best IPOs of the year. Don''t worry on historical PE and get bogged down. GMP of 870 already and not too many sellers even at these levels. This is a doubler on listing and then may be higher too. Grey should cross 950 soon

Ladt 3 years growth rate of indigo in terms of revenue and net profit is much higher than its peers. PE ratio of paint industry is almost around 100. Market has already priced in FY22 earnings. Considering FY23 earnings with similar growth rate, this price looks less costly than its peers.

First time seeing an IPO is factoring in 2 year forward EPS and PE in calculation. Never saw an IPO price band at around 200 PE. Too much GMP euphoria in this counter. Wait for Anchor list and HNI subscription till last day 1 PM. Not in a hurry to put bid on very first day.

@ganesh jaiswal - Painting industry PE is much higher. Eg. Asian paints is 120, burger paint is 130, kansai nerolac is 85 with much lower growth rates. Where as here for Indigo paints growth is much higher, almost higher then 80%. With such higher growth rate both in revenue and net profit, it deserves this premium. Market always pay higher for higher growth rate. One of the example of such higher growth rate is Dixon Technology and see the price.

Query is out of topic !!!

I have a query just for my understanding regarding buyback

If I have 535 shares in Indian Toner before record date and ER is 20%(107 shares)

If AR is 50%(266 shares)

Then will total no of shares be taken back by company thru buyback will be 266 shares and balance shares returned to my account.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you🙏🏾

By process you are correct. If AR is 50% then 267 or 268 shares(as 50%of 535 is 267.5) will be taken back by the company and rest returned in your demat account.

Indigo Paints IPO – *Market’s Current Estimates of oversubscription*:

NII = 60.00K Crs. = ~340.28X
RII = 26.00L Forms = 9.48X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~1.05 shares per lot)

Interest cost *@8.00%p.a.* for 7days = 230.14paise for 1X

Thus, for NII the costing = 340.28 X 230.14paise = Rs.783.11 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 783.11 X 1.05 = Rs.826/- (= Kostak)

Indigo Paints IPO – *GMP Estimated*
GMP 850 +/- 5
Kostak 900 +/- 10

any one got WENDT fpo. what is the price fixed? Bse website it is mentioned 3572 as clearing price for retail portion. but LTP if 3556. how does it work any one explain. Thanks in advance...

Dear Thiru, Wendth OFS is having 5% Discount so, allotment would be 2900 and more on it. in resent condition we consider 2900 will be allotment price and you have to consider 5% Discount in this price so Last Trading price arount 3520-2750 = 700 gain per share if you got allotment. Also cut off may be his as last moment price hike...

I had 20 TCS equity shares which I surrendered for buy back at Rs. 3000/- each. My broker M/s. Ventura Securities Ltd., Mumbai has charged Rs. 30/- per share towards brokerages i.e. 600/- + Taxes & others charges are Rs. 202.75. Total deducted is Rs. 802.25 out of Rs. 3000/-. I feel the brokerage/charges are exorbitant & unjustifiable. Does the SEBI permits these charges or is it arbitrarily charged by the broker ? What is the experience of other friends who have tendered TCS for buy back ? What are the charges levied by your broker per share please ?
17.6. HARI MODI |   Link |  Bookmark | January 9, 2021 5:00:12 PM
normal Brokerages and taxes are applicable same as secondary market sale.

I tendered from discount broker and they charged only DP Charges around 15-16rs plus taxes nothing else

There are 2-3 good discount brokers for buying shares in delivery based or for buyback 👍

Fixed price IPO ? No price band like other IPO. Atleast a good strategy by lead managers, no need to tick cutoff.
Anyway a good company, with steep valuation.
