Qualified institutional investors portions subscribed 50.61 times. Non-institutional and retail investors has also given support with 10.92 and 14.07 subscription, respectively by 2 pm today.
yes mr.sunderam... u are right... the lot is 20 shares lot... so if the retail portion subscribed over then 15 times then it will be sure lottery.. if it will be 15 then 20 shares firm allotment... rule is no allotment under 20 shares
Hi, The issue is over subscribed by 31.62 times as of 2pm on 23rd march 2007 i.e, today & if my calculations are correct the retail segment is over subscribed by approx 13 times.
Now my question is what happens to the allotment for retail investors if the over subscribtion in the retail segment is more than 15 times because the maximum lot that retail investors can apply is 15....i.e, 15 lots of 20 shares... Will it be a lottery if the subscribtion is more than 15 times?
For guys applying for full, think before investing. No doubt it is a good issue but for retail investors they are offering just 9 Lakh shares. It is very very small when compared to any issue happened recently. You will end up getting nothing after subscribing for full and blocking your money for a month. Think before applying.
In case of revision in the Price Band, the Bidding/Offer Period will be extended for three additional working days after revision of the Price Band subject to the Bidding/Offer Period not exceeding 10 working days. The Offer is being made through the 100% Book Building Process wherein up to 50% of the Offer shall be allotted on a proportionate basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers ("QIBs"). 5% of the QIB Portion shall be available for allocation to Mutual Funds only and the remaining QIB Portion shall be available for allocation to the QIB Bidders including Mutual Funds, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price. Further, at least 15% of the Offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Bidders and at least 35% of the Offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Retail Individual Bidders, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price. We have not opted for IPO grading of the Offer.
Allotment is on proportionate Basis not on lottary basis..
Bhai Log, ICRA mai kewal "Retail Investor" hi jayada apply kar rahe hai. FII ko is share mai bilkul Interest nahi hai. Kyoki aabhi tak 2.69 subscription hi hua hai. Jo ke Jayadatar "Retail" yani ke ham logo ne hi kiya hai.
Is Karan Listing mai gayada profit nahi hoga. only 10-15% hi jagaya Aur Allotment mai "Full Application (99000)" walo ko bhi lottery se hi milaga.
IS there any difference for individual IPO application below 50K and above 50K? I heard that above 50K is HNI(high networth individual) application and there is a different quota/category for that
Hi Friends, (Source: EQM) We believe that ICRA holds potential for effectively catering to a niche corporate and banking segment and utilising the low operating overhead approach to bolster its operating margins. Besides, given the credibility and international reach of its promoter (Moody's), ICRA seems to have a lot coming its way. The valuations of the rating agency (at the higher end of the band), though at a considerable premium to most players in the financial lending space, look attractive when compared to its only listed peer in the credit rating space (CRISIL). We recommend investors to *'APPLY'* for the IPO with a long-term perspective.
