Its believe that post budget market will crash as non stop vaccine rallies since long time already factor in including budget , US stimulation , rates cut...so they wanted ipo before budget , post listing who cares
Hello, Sorry for unrelated post. I have applied Sovereign Gold 46 bond. Money was debited from ICICI on /1/2020. I did not get any single mail nor bond certificate. I have given Angel broking account details at the time of bond. I contacted rbi and ICICI. But no help. I am outside of india currently. so not able to follow up. Can anyone guide where it should be received ? At least I should receive communication mail or bond certificate.
do not worry. Its online, u may get information at ur netbanking. For bond, if u visit the branch they may give you sgined print out (may not require I think)

Sometime it may take 15 days so be patience.
Also if want to buy in future less rates are available in previous issues
One trend coming after this pandemic is lot of cost cutting by companies on expenditure front. Just see Home first HY 21 revenue figure not showing very good increase but increase in PAT is very significant. Cost cutting works well for this company. Any way good numbers posted.

Finance companies major cost is interest. There is hardly any space to cut manpower (2nd largest cost) or admin cost. Best for them is to grow the book with same level of cost (control incremental cost) Cost cutting on appraisal of loan may prove more expensive in longer term Looking at Repco''s valuation which opened this category valuation sought appears on way high side. Volume in Aavas does not provide comfort
@NforNandKishore ji, hopefully they will launch this IPO before the euphoria ends. If Nifty corrects by 15-20% after budget these all IPO will go in hibernation.
@Ganesh Sir Yes market may correct near Budget because middle class will not get much benefit in this Budget. It seems this IPO may be launched after Budget. If the correction is within 5-10%, there will not be much impact on this IPO. Any correction above 10%, may have deep impact on this IPO.
Thank you crsl ji and Ganesh ji.. Sorry to say, but gives impression like retailers should not participate in OFS. I had similar experience in Ingerrand as well as Wendt :(
Cut off Price doesn''t matter when it is oversubscribed. I placed my bid at 3572.65 at 3:26PM and won''t be alloted as picture changed completely at 3:28 PM
Chivitra ji, OFS are allotted on price priority basis. Bids placed through brokers were placed on both NSE and BSE OFS plateform. Since the total retail portion shares were only 9000 plus. So the highest bidder of the retail portion will get the OFS shares. On this basis, those who bidded above 3572 at BSE and NSE get the allotment.
Remember OFS shares are treated as shares purchased from market and you have to pay STT, brokerage, Exchange transaction changes, GST, stamp duty etc on your purchase.
Thank you Ganesh ji... Consider a scenario, if someone placed a bid of 3800/- (any random fig may be above UC limit for OFS day), so he will be the first one to get shares ? And 2nd part of your message, If it is treated similar to shares purchased in secondary mkt, what is advantage of OFS. Please advise. Just trying to understand the logic
max ofs are multiprice i.e. price priority method in which Orders executed as per decending bid price, who apply higher bid will get allotment with bid price. in above case who applied @3800 will get the allotment @3800 not @3572.65 who bid@3575 wll get @3575
clearing price will be decided as per highest bids upto total ofs size. ex. 9471 shares available for retail as more than 10000 bids are above 3572.65, so clearing price is 3572.65 those who has higher bid than 3572.65 will get confirm allotment (@bid price), and those who bids @3572.65 will be from lottery basis as bids more than ofs size @3572.65
Chivitra ji, who ever applied above Rs 3572 have got shares. Even yesterday some bids are also there for 3700.
The tax and charges are same for OFS as like secondary market purchase. It is not like IPO. For tax purposes, OFS is just like secondary market purchase.
@Rajkumar Sir As per media news it''s 1200 Cr IPO https://www.cnbctv18.com/market/stocks/home-first-finance-to-soon-launch-rs-1200-crore-ipo-report-7912121.htm

RAJAKUMAR Sir,
In early October 2020, WP had invested Rs 700 crore in the company which included about Rs 625 crore of secondary sale by existing investors and a Rs 75 crore infusion into the company.
So 300Cr IPO might adjusted in above investment, IPO size would be 1200Cr.
