As ALL EGG RELATED /NON VEG COMPANY LIKE SKM EGG, APEX, VENKY R TRADING HIGH & HIGH ON DAILY BASIS NOW MOVEMENT SHOULD MUST BE COME IN GODREJ AGROVET. 7-8% UPSIDE VISIABLE WITHIN ONE MONTH.
Sept Q results for Godrej agro were extremely poor on topline as well as bottom line on all verticals except palm oil extraction which was significantly higher else would have been a disaster. Eggs & Chicken prices are higher due to weather and may not be sustainable.
seems like for SKM products eggs is an input; higher egg prices should be detrimental? anyways when markets behave like a casino anything is possible.

If you are holding infosys shares on 01-11-2017 in your demat a/c (i.e. your purchase date is on or before 30-10-2017), you are eligible. As you had received dividend, you are eligible for buyback. Mail may be delayed, even if not received you can download offer letter & tender form from above links.
I cannot sell it online itself? Filling the tender form and sending it is Mandatory? Kindly confirm.

You can read procedure details given in offer letter on page 46.

Any views about HDFC Housing Opportunities NFO?? Covers a whole lot of companies related to Housing Infra, HFCs and House Building Materials. Given the Low cost housing push by the Govt, will the NFO be a good investment considering a three year time frame? Can this fund be sold after say one or 2 years or is it a lock in for 3 years?

Infosys Buyback ============= Entitlement ratio (retail) around 28% (Reduced from 59% based on March 31) Acceptance ratio may be more than 28%... as 100% retailers will not go for buyback But chances of 100% acceptance ratio is low, if majority of retail shareholders go for buyback. Even 50% acceptance ratio considered to be good (as balance shares costing remains around 700-725, [depends on buy price including dividend])
Arup, Shareholders got tender form in e-mail with all information. Infy never declared acceptance ratio before. As per SEBI rule they reserved 15% for shareholders whose holding is less than 200000.
Many brokerage houses wrongly calculated acceptance ratio is 59%. There is no fault of infy here.
Though acceptance ratio is less than 28%. But we can give more shares in buyback. Many long term investors will not participate in buyback. Remaining quota will allocate to who want to tender more shares.
Uchit sir ,I''m holding 150share of infy .But not received any mail from Karvy .What to do now ? Could I wait 2,3days or contract Karvy as soon as possible?
Most brokers assumed 1150 as price for retail eligibility calculation while infosys used cutoff date price 926+ for that so now more ppl are eligible for buyback so the ratio is lower. (@ 1150 retail stock holding would have been 173 and at 926 it is 215 or something)
Can we expect 10% more acceptance ratio than the current 28% ratio if long term investors don''t participate in buyback offer.
I understand that this is purely a guess but please suggest if you have any figure in your mind. Can I sell remaining shares tomorrow as acceptance ratio is now out.
You will get offer document, tender form etc. by register post also. If your e-mail is registered then you will get e-mail also. Don''t worry. Wait for more one week.
Definitely real acceptance ratio is 10% more than 28%. Mostly long term investors will not participate in buyback.
Buyback is always benefit to company not to small investors. This is thumb rule. You will enjoy buyback price of 1150 for short time but in mid to long term you will feel you made big mistake.
Agar mere pass info k 173 shares record date pe the aur me 86 shares abhi bech du aur baki k 87 buyback k liye du to suppise 50% ratio jo final accept karane k liye aayega vo 173 par 50% calculate hoga ya 87 par?
Ratio count on record data but you can sell your 86 shares now.

@NRJAIN
Your entitlement shares - 49 (confirm acceptance) even you sell all remaining 124 shares, your 49 shares accepted.
if you offer more than 49 shares, seperate ratio calculated for additional shares only if there are any Equity Shares left to be bought back in the Reserved Category.
sir pls suugest hold or sell?i buy @940 jab puri buyback ki process complete hogi january me to 940 se niche ja sakata he?

It may/may not be corrected, depends on market situations, After buyback for balance shares your max. cost per share is around 850 (if 100% retail investor offer shares, cost per share may be low if additional shares accepted.) No one can guess what should be the exact acceptance ratio. If you are not willing to take any risk, you can book profit on some/all additional shares.
Wipro Buyback =========== Entitlement ratio (retail) around 69% Acceptance ratio may be more than 69%... as 100% retailers will not go for buyback So chances of 100% acceptance ratio is very high.
