They have only 4 hospitals (3 in WB & 1 in Tripura). As per objectives they don't have any plan for expansion. Price band is good. But is it worth applying for long term?

The objectives state debt repayment as primary objective. As for expansion, they have already signed MoU for hospitals in Raipur & Ranchi, which they seek to operate on asset-light model, i.e. renting the said property for its hospital use.

Price band mentioned in CG site is 117-186 , seriously!!!

amc charges structure is so weird at kotak
they charges amc as per demat holdings

my demat holdings around 2lacs nd my amc is around 800 rs per year (they deduct every month)

​@Rabindra Swain  Yes, this news is very much true. Fortis Healthcare share price dipped after filing the withdrawal notice in BSE. The company said in its regulatory filing that the decision to withdraw the DRHP has been taken due to commercial considerations and in consultation and mutual agreement with the private equity investors of Agilus and its board of directors, the company said in a regulatory filing on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

​@Harsh Newguru Learnt that reverse merger is proposed to fulfill the regulatory stipulation which requires the promoter to dilute their shareholding to 26 per cent within 15 years from the date of commencement of banking business which the company aims to achieve through the process. If they are able to get required approvals, promoter co. UCL will merge with USFB. It is not going to have any big impact as such, bank's performance alone will be deciding factor as to how it fairs in the market.

​@SK Mali  Iska matlab ye hain ki, app netbanking se apply kar sakte hain, demat id groww ka use kar lijiye, no issues. Agar shares allot hue to pre open main nahi bech sakte groww main bas, normal trading 10 am ke baad kar sakte hain groww main.

The prize of this share should be in range of 175-180. With this prize we have reasonable amount left for listing gain to be around 25%• Anyway let us see the actual.

​@Arun Jindal Not sure what is basis of listing gains you mentioned. This counter is somewhat comparable to Yatharth Hospital where listing gain was around 11% and today on short term holding, it is giving about 62% returns. Agreed, let's watch for price band declaration and other developments like GMP etc.

​@Devenkme Unfortunately, there is no Share Holder Quota. You are right, GPT infra is also from same group but as such there is no parent or holding co. to offer any SH quota. Here retail quota is 35%. Let's wait and watch at what price band this IPO gets launched.
